Jonathan Neumann was my technician for my first service today. He was extremely friendly and good to talk to. Excited to see the results!

Shane was awesome at our first appointment! He explained everything and made sure our three dogs were safe and we understood everything he was using to treat our home to ensure their safety.

Shane has been servicing my property for almost 4 years and have had no major problems with bugs. Every once in a while a lizard, moth , nat or mosquito sneaks in, but that is from my dogs going in and out all day and night. He has even gotten rid of the wasps coming into my screened in courtyard. He does a great job of keeping the bugs outside where they belong, so I've never had to have my inside sprayed for any type of bug in four years. That's truely a miracle with all the bugs we have in Florida due to the heat, humidity and rain. Thanks to Shane for taking care of my house and keeping us bug free all these years.

Called for exterior service between normal service and was very prompt and fast at providing the service. Technician was very thorough at completing and making me happy. Been very happy with there service since I started with them.

Jamaal was professional, wore appropriate uniform with hands & feet protect, completed inside & outside inspections while asking appropriate questions about pests. Cleaned all window & door wells of webs & critters both inside & out. Advise what was to be done, processed & then sent text once completed. Extremely cordial & pleasant. My entire 2000square foot home was exterminated within 20 minutes. No odors & completely pet & human safe. Highly recommend!

Mr. Jose Cruz-Rivera is awesome. He addressed my wasp problem, got rid of some spider webs around my house, used some pretty powerful anti-pest agents to kill many ants and other insects that were becoming more active because of the heat, and did it very quickly considering I have a very large house. He did a phenomenal job, is very personable and recognized the problem I was having and made sure to assure me that the problem will be addressed.
