Chris and the lady that i spoke with over the phone (sorry i dont remember her name) were very understanding and diligent helping me. I had an uncomfortable situation with a rodent that got in my house. Chris and another gentleman quickly came over to solve the problem. They evaluated the bigger picture of the problem and came out with a plan that is reasonable. I am very impressed. I highly recommend this company. They are experts on the subject and ready to help. I would give them 6 stars or more if I could.

Our Brothers' tech, is great! He continues to provide solid recommendations for sustaining/enhancing our landscape/lawn in straightforward manner, proving information not sales pitch. Lawn, shrubs and flower beds fertilization and weed control I find that Josh, Brothers lawn technician, is thorough and takes excellent care of our lawn and beds. He makes useful suggestions when he feels there is something to do that would sustain or improve our lawn. Glad he is with Brothers and appreciate his high quality work. Current Update: Mark has consistently delivered an effective pest control program for our home. He readily addresses any pest issue we might raise and takes care to make application of pest control agents only as needed. He is always courteous and professional. Will definitely continue to use Mark/Brothers Pest Control. Always reliable, competent and proactive. I am very pleased with results and would recommend to others.

I think you might have the wrong company; I do not see any record of your name in our system. My lawn was in bad shape. These guys said they could fix it. After getting service for 12 months the lawn still looked like crap. They are supposed to be experts but did not do antyihng to restore my yard. Just a bunch of money in the toilet.
They killed our grass multiple times with over spraying. Upon telling them why, I never got a response back. Friendly customer service up until this point, but overall I would not recommend

After 4 years of doing business with us, we're sorry to receive this review. As previously discussed in September 2024 on the phone, via text message, and appointment record notes, your lawn shows all the signs of having Mosaic Virus, also known as Lethal Viral Necrosis. As mentioned in our communication, there is no cure for this disease. <br><br>It is always our goal to give our customers the best possible service with the highest quality products and application methods. We also try to be at the forefront of new developments/diseases in the industry. Unfortunately, in the case of uncurable diseases, the only possibility is to mitigate the side effects as best as possible and communicate a plan of action. In this case the best plan of action was to fertilize to promote recovery in the spring. <br><br>If you need further review of past communications, appointment records or photos, please feel free to reach out to our office at 813-500-4735.

We understand our pricing doesn't always fit into everyone's budget. We base our pricing on many factors, including the size and condition of each lawn. If the provider you do select for your pest control, spraying and fertilization needs does not meet your expectations, we hope you will reconsider Brothers.
They did an ok job with the fertilizers and pest control but even though I cancelled the service they didn't update their records properly and serviced my home after the cancellation. Then when I refused to pay for the service they extorted $80 from me so they would stop calling. Lots of better options out there.

We’re sorry you feel this way, however, extortion is a bit extreme. We understand miscommunications happen from time to time. We split the cost and didn't request you pay the full service charge. As a business, all communications with customers are very important. We had documentation in our system of your request to cancel all services at one of your service addresses due to selling that home. However, we had no notifications from you requesting your second location to be cancelled. After investigating, we did return your call (one time) and sent one text message.<br>Regarding the “OK” service, that is very disappointing. Multiple services were provided at two different homes for you over the last year with no calls requesting reservices or advising of concerns. Our owners and service technicians take pride in their work, providing excellent service with the best possible results. <br><br>
Don't waste your money. They can't keep your grass green and they can't keep the weeds from growing. All they can do is make excuses and take your money

The service technician are very informative, but I have not had satisfactory result for the price of service.

As a company, we are sorry that you have not been 100% satisfied. As the owner explained, treating your yard, which is bahia, can sometimes be difficult to get the results we both would want. After completing two paid services and two free follow ups, the owner spoke with you in regards to cancel services because he wasn't happy with the results he was seeing.
