I discovered I had bed bugs 3 nights ago and totally was disgusted. I called Angel the next morning. He came to my house approximately an hour later and verified my issue and showed up the next morning, today, and eradicated my problem. Highly, highly recommended. He put me right at ease. Anthony and Angel were absolutely a pleasure to work with from start to finish! The past few months have been stressful with the bedbug infestation we discovered, and the fast actions of this team have truly put our minds at ease. No sooner than I submitted my inquiry did Angel call me, immediately come by to assess the situation, and arrange to come perform treatment the following morning. Anthony spent the entire day diligently treating our home and we couldn't be more grateful!

Anthony did a great job on my apartment. this was an issue i never thought i would have to deal with but anthony jumped in and took care of it right away! 4 weeks later and none in sight!

Had lots of anxiety. Thought I had some unwanted pests. Called and Angel came out right away. Knowing how upset I was, would have been easy for him to take advantage of that. However, he was completely honest. Told me everything was fine and there was no problem. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Came out within a few hours of calling him. Definitely will call Angel again if I ever need pest services.

We had a really wonderful experience with this company. We called them concerned that we had bed bugs and the owner, Angel, drove over an hour to come and check for us. Turns out we did have bed bugs and we were able to set up an appointment right away! Anthony came to our rescue and was the one who performed the service. He was really great about explaining everything he was doing and the results. He did an awesome job! This morning was the first time I woke up without new bites! We can't thank Angel and Anthony enough. We totally recommend this company!

When I recently moved, I discovered a few wks later there were bed bugs. Notified my excellent landlord, he said previous tenant had but he fumigated 2x. I did a ton of research, and knew only a thermal treatment would work. Got about 4 estimates, and Angel's price was competitive. They came, did treatment, and I was good for almost a month. Then I had to have them come back again and they gladly did. 3-4 wks later, had to come again. And I know this treatment works! I told his tech Anthony, I knew they were coming from the unit directly above me. Long story short, Angel came out on Good Friday, next day, and inspected 6 units on his dime! The problem tenant was a problem, and it took Angel over an hr to gain entrance to that unit! He went out of his way to help many of us! And sure enough, I was right! The unit right above me is loaded. Angel is coming back Mon morning to try and thermal treat all effected units simultaneously. 3 other units plus mine involved! He spent 2 hrs here of his own time to get to the bottom of this issue! We commend Angel, his Co, and his techs! We highly recommend Angel and his team of experts! We can't thank you enough!!! God bless you for caring! 👍🙏 Had to add on to this! FL Bed Bug Experts have went out of their way to keep these rotten bugs knocked out! The socially, irresponsible owner of the unit above me, did not re-treat his unit like Angel told him he would need to do after ridding of the tenant and gutting the place! So now they are back! The com also did not give proper prep! That is why they came back! I switched companies and had no further problems! I do not recommend this co!

Thank you for service! We hired them for a treatment on 3/4. Dealing with bb can cause stress, it DID & we didn’t want it to be a long term issue if we dealt with it on our own. We felt best to hire professionals. Angel scheduled us within a few days & I was completely comfortable to have Anthony in my home. When we saw a live bug post treatment outside of normal window, Anthony came for inspection 2 days later. Nothing concerning was found & we talked about options. He did a steam treatment on both mattresses and the service was quick. I’m so relieved to resolve this situation quickly & happy that they honored the included warrantee/gaurentee. It’s an expensive service but it’s worth peace of mind & we were at ease in their professionalism. With professionals who understand the situation, we don’t have to worry about transferring this problem to someone else or tirelessly cleaning!! Even 1 of these insects is one too many! Im greatful this is behind us and that we have assurance for future if necessary.
