I am so pleased with this company. My yard is healthy and continues to keep improving. The employees are very pleasant when I contact them. Questions always answered in a timely manner. No contract needed! I believe each month, CTH continues to earn my business. You will not be disappointed contacting these people. I have never encountered an up sell. In fact they told me some areas by the green space was not worth treating as it was “field grass”. My “border” was set and I have my pretty yard.

CTH has been excellent, they take care of my lawn and home pest control. They are very professional and their service techs are nice and polite.

I have been a long time customer of Cth and couldn't be happier. Because of the excellent lawn service and results multiple neighbors asked me for my service provider. Cth now provides for their lawn service chemicals. A great customer service company.

CTH claims they will rectify issues they cause and they do NOT... DAMAGED MY LAWN IN APRIL AND HAVENT FIXED WHAT THEY DAMAGED. Just cancelled our service because it has been over 3 months since we called them to notify them they burned a huge brown patch in our lawn by over-spraying their products (size of a small sedan). They were supposed to remedy what they caused damage to... Nothing. I'm left dealing with a damaged lawn that they ADMITTED TO DAMAGING (person who sprayed the lawn herself, even said they overspayed there). So basically paid for a service to make my lawn healthier which instead was made worse by the people I'm paying, and then I'm stuck with he cost of the damage. Nice business model CTH. I'd go elsewhere, especially when a company says they will fix what they damage and then they dont... Mark is the general manager who comes to properties, unannounced or without an appointment, argues with people, damages their lawn and the. Doesn't do anything to fix it. This organization is a joke and the management is even worse. You will have problems. Rather go with a company who can help your lawn instead of damage it. Also, cute response by owner to this thread. He failed to mention how his wife called me, pleading to take down a bad review because it hurts their business. They call me begging for mercy and then reply like what you see below? Be very careful folks. Super dishonest and shady owners and the manager is even worse. He just outright lies.. I'm happy to post the text thread and multiple calls attempts from the owners wife to try figure out how to get the review taken down.

I am very happy with our experience. Chris takes personalized care of our lawn and does our pest control. Whenever I have a question or concern someone is sent to the house immediately to address it!

I had tried three different lawn pest control places before I got lucky and ran across CTH. Not only is my lawn getting healthy again, their service cost was less than the others I tried. In Florida, there's always problems with weeds and pests and I understand that...however before finding CTH, the other companies weren't returning my calls and even treated the wrong lawn a couple of times! This is a family owned business, which I love being able to support, and I feel comfortable recommending that anyone out there give them a try. They really do go the extra mile to help you.

Had an issue with them creating a hole in our screen twice, however the owner was very kind and apologetic. She reimbursed us for the cost of our screen repair and made a donation to a local animal shelter since we were upset about the possibility of our cats getting out. Thank you Tara for providing great customer service.
