I can't say enough great things about this company. From start to finish, the service and attention to detail were outstanding. I previously hired another company (Phoenix) to take care of a rodent problem and paid $3,000. Unfortunately, they never fully resolved the issue and didn't offer any kind of warranty. After that frustration, I found this company - and wow, what a difference. For a fraction of the cost, they completely fixed the problem and stood behind their work with a 6-month warranty, something no one else was willing to do. Sal is a true pro, knowledgeable, experienced and very personable. His pricing is very fair and much more reasonable than the big pest control companies who charge insane amounts just for an initial appointment. We had a squirrel issue in our attic and Sal came highly recommended by our neighbor. He was able to come out promptly and solved the problem efficiently and humanely. I recommend Suncoast Pest Solutions to anyone who needs a reasonably priced and effective solution to their pest issue. Sal will do more than just "control" the problem, he'll find a SOLUTION to it and won't rip you off in the process.

the manager, lori, is rude. i tried to make an appointment but her attitude was so poor that i decided that an appt. with suncoast was not worth dealing with her.

We had a horrible infestation unknown to us till it was bad!!! Sal came out and diligently solved our problem!!!! He is the most respectful, responsible person I’ve ever met dealing with a business!!!! He made 1000% sure we are bug free!!! Would NEVER call anyone else!!!
