Global did a professional job as always. They have been handling our pest control for years in an outstanding manner. We have not noticed any change since their merger with Green Team.

This company recently bought out my local company of choice, Global Pest Control. Buyouts scare me. New people impose new policies that you may or may not like. Initially the company called me and said they were coming to treat the perimeters of my house on a set day. They failed to arrive. I had to call the new number given to ask what happened. The lady was very nice, and said she would look into the issue. Finally, a week later, I got another call, and they did come. Thank goodness it was the gentlemen who had been coming around who I am familiar with. I’m hoping the initial failure to perform is only a hiccup. Three stars for at least sending out the man I like. Only time will tell if I stay with this new provider.

Green Team does a fantastic job, Jereme takes care of my Lawn and his advise to the keep Lawn very healthy is perfect.

The new tech they sent this time, Harry, was outstanding. He explained the grasses in my yard to me. This is the first tech I have been this happy with since the very first tech left. Cannot say much for the techs they sent out in between. My yard was brand new sod went they got my account. Now it is a disaster. Guess the techs in between did not know the different grasses.
