I called this company for a quote this morning and they asked me for my card information, which I provided. They then stated they would send documents that needed to be signed in order to schedule service if I decided I wanted to proceed with them. They emailed the documents. I have been fighting my issue for over a year. I have to chase the company only to be told I’m not taking my proper steps to prevent. I have done the majority of the removal myself and have not been provided any solutions. My usual tech is very nice however it is out of his control how they have failed to keep their word and complete and remove the issue. I usually don’t leave comments, but I had to on this one. One day after our monthly service, I found my exterior back wall infested with million ants crawling all over the wall.
