Scott and his wife came to my house yesterday to assess an issue involving what seemed to be baby raccoons stuck in my walls. They looked in my attic and down the walls to see if they could locate the babies. We were not able to see. They looked with their device that detects heat to see if they can spot it that way. There was heat. It didn’t seem likely that any raccoons were in the attic so they went to see if they could locate any entry points from the outside of the house. They set up tape at the opening of my crawl space where the mom could possibly be coming in and on my roof as well. I forgot what it’s called but it’s not a chimney, lol.They were very thorough and kind and planned to come the next day to see if the tape had been moved by animals and planned to go into the crawlspace to see if they could locate the babies and possibly mama. Unfortunately my landlord called another company so they were not able to finish the job. Scott was even kind enough to give me tips on raccoons and what should be done. Even gave me the contact information on who I need to call to get the babies to safety once they were located. I would hire them if it were my house in a heartbeat. Good people very thorough, and very kind. Oh and to top that he offered to send me house listing since they are always on the road. Thank you so much!

The Wests responded quickly to my concerns about rodents in my attic. They identified the breaches in the roof vents and secured that area from further intrusions and damage. They also gave me sound advice on repairing damage and discouraging further intrusions into my soffits and attic vents.

Absolute professionals! They did an amazing job getting rodents out of my attic. Extremely thorough and came back every other day for a week to make sure they captured them all. And they did!!! Honest, great service, knowledgeable. I called to get help removing some ducklings from a storm drain and unfortunately could not afford the service. But the person responding gave me so much great advice which calmed my worries and gave me a course of action to save these guys! You can tell they really care and are very knowledgeable. Not just a business they’re kind humans!!

I had issues where my metal soffits were torn away and a lot of installation pulled out on the roof and ground. It was obvious that we had an animal making a home in our attic…. First I made a call to my pest control company and they referred me to Scott Wise….I was out of town when I got in touch with him but he went over and set up traps . We weren’t sure if it was raccoons or squirrels. He set up a camera and after the first night he had pictures of a raccoon going in and out. He trapped one raccoon but to make sure we had caught the only one Scott came daily to check in. When he was sure that we were completely free of our critters he sealed up the soffits. The soffits were in a very difficult location and it took him quiet a while to fix them but he did a great job! I totally would recommend him !!!

Scott and Sandra West did an awesome job in safely removing a bat colony that had the audacity to take up residence in my attic. First, Scott provided a safe and humane way for the bats to leave and not re-enter, then once the bats were gone, he removed all of the guano and followed up with a bio agent to neutralize any left over residue. Finally, I thought Superior provided some excellent long term solutions for sealing off potential entry points, including at the ridge vents, soffit returns, and plumbing vent areas. Scott and Sandra were also very responsive and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Overall, Superior Wildlife is a first rate company, and even more importantly, Scott and Sandra are first rate individuals. Highly recommend them.

We were so thankful to find Superior Wildlife Services. They did a thorough check of our home to make sure it was sealed properly since many of our neighbors were experiencing visits by unwanted critters. They did not try to sell us services we didn’t need and even gave us tips we could do on our own to save money. We were impressed with the expertise and the friendliness of Scott and Sandra! Superior Wildlife Services did a fantastic job removing an opossum from my garage. They were fast and able to come out right away. They worked hard to find this little critter who was hiding very well and they removed him in a gentle way. They also gave me some great recommendations on how to protect my home from future visitors.

Superior Wildlife Services was great! Within 24 hours of the initial call they were at the house and gave me a price that was considerably more reasonable than other quotes we had received. Within another 48 hours they were back at the house to start there work. They were very professional and friendly and our squirrel problem has been fixed! I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
