I contracted monthly service for the last 3 years to get rid of roaches in my house, but small numbers continued to crawl around the house, particularly in my kitchen. I threw away many cups and dishes due to the ugly roaches touching them. I would call the company and tell them I still have roaches then they would say "o it is normal because of the rain...they come in, we will respray. It continued for the last 3 years. I finally had enough and my friend told me to call Florida pest control. They came out one time and I have not seen any live ones again. This company had nerve to charge me for another month service, and their explanation was ...well we talked to the technician and it is not our fault...??? Please don't use this company, I wasted so much money buying new silverwares, cups, plates without mentioning emotional stress seeing roaches running around my utensils... I think one star is too good for this company.
