We sold our condo in October of 2025 after we moved into our newly built house in March of 2025. We now had the money to install a clay paver driveway and landscaping in the front of the house, and we needed to get it done asap. Our daughter's wedding was slated for 2/21/26 on our land. Mike provided the best quote for what we wanted done and knew about our time crunch. We ordered the clay pavers on our own, but he would have only charged us cost for the pavers. I learned most companies do not do that! The clay paver team (Wirley, Ricardo, Dider, Chester and Jorge) worked for three weeks to install the driveway. They did a PHENOMENAL job! It is gorgeous. Gary from LEA worked with me on the landscape design. I wanted LOW maintenance and deer resistant, and he provided an excellent plan and the best quote. We had done some hydroseeding with another company and because of the unusual freezes at end the January, it didn't take before the wedding. Mike was gracious enough to provide some astroturf for free which we utilized near the back patio for cocktail hour. I am thrilled to report that the completed projects helped to make our daughter's wedding the beautiful day that it was. Thank you, LEA! 😊

This review is solely to recognize 2 employees of this company who saw me at a gas station with a flat tire and decided to jump in and help out of the kindness of their hearts. I wish I got their names. A puertorican guy and an African American guy. So grateful for you two. Happy holidays

What a bad place of business. Called them on 12-4 for a quote. On 12-8 Jen Boyer left a message on my machine. I called back same day and left message. After no response on 12-16 i called her and left another message. After 24 hours and no response i sent an email to company. No response, crickets. Nope wont hire them for anything!

Below is communication from Jen, one of their estimators. Over a week ago she met my wife at home and said in a couple of days we would have a quote. It’s been over a week and today below is a text I received. Never once did she ask for my or my wife’s email until she relized that nothing was ever sent. Still after texting again there is no response. The absolute worst customer service I believe I’ve ever had!

Matt and his groundskeeping team have continued to provide excellent service week after week to the large landscape areas at our treatment facility in Gainesville. We appreciate the great attention to detail in the trimming of all areas, especially at our facility main entrance. He consistently checks in with me via email after every visit to make sure we are completely satisfied with the lawn care provided. We value this quality service.

We have had Lawn enforcement care for our lawn since 2010. We pay each month for services that clearly are not being rendered. Our lawn has gotten worse over the past 3 years with no answers. They happily cash our check each month but their care of our lawn is atrocious. They are by far the worst company to deal with in regards to getting anything done. Their customer service is abysmal. We have had multiple people come out with zero follow up. They ruined my lawn by not having qualified people take care of it and refuse to rectify the situation. I would beware of this company and not do business with them.

I continue to be impressed with Lawn Enforcement Agency. Since posting the original review a few years ago, we’ve had a new lawn put in, new shrubs and plants, and trees trimmed. Our account manager is now Matt Wimberly. Matt is on top of everything, easy to contact, and very kind to work with. I highly recommend LEA! Totally impressed with the work done by Lawn Enforcement Agency. Richard Fulmer (Tree Division) and his team safely and professionally took down several trees ... no problems during the process, and complete clean up afterward. Chuck Baldwin and Stefan Lioprios and team designed and planted a beautiful back yard and side yard. We have high praises for Lawn Enforcement Agency, and for their courteous and knowledgeable employees.

Having been faced with an infestation of chinch bugs, Chad and his landscaping team worked to eradicate the infestation and replace the area with sod. We are extremely satisfied with their effort! Chad communicated routinely to update us on the progress through completion. Again, we applaud Lawn Enforcement for their outstanding service!

The company and its employees (especially the gentleman named Joe) were extremely helpful and professional. They did an amazing job. Their work is definitely high quality!!!! I 100% recommend!

I live in the ocean village villas in ormond beach, fl and Lawn Enforcement is the service here. The grass looks like waves of tall uncut missed spots and cut grass. The blades are raised too high and remains long even after it has been cut. Edging is not done every time, leaf blowing is hit and miss and the lawn cutting skills are poor. They appear to be badly understaffed, no training and trash is left behind where their trucks are parked.

Lawn Enforcement Agency (LEA) provides horrific landscaping services to our community in Haile Plantation. DO NOT HIRE LEA!!!!! Their equipment is so hot when they trim our shrubs that the remainder of the greenery gets torched and then turns brown. They have the contract to maintain the front yards in our community and when they blow the cut debris from the yard, they blow it down along the side yard of your house so that they do not have to clear away so much debris off the street. Note to LEA, there is no need for you to respond to this review - I only ask that you speak with your supervisor’s and provide training to your work crew. Thank you.

HORRIBLE UNSAFE COMPANY. Today I watched as 3 of their men did a tree removal right next to a 4 lane road. Not only did they not inform anyone in my building to move their cars but mine was actually physically blocked in by their trailer which was right by this tree. Thankfully OUR client warned us. They also did not have any road signs up or anyone directing traffic as this was, again, right by the road. They were making cuts into the tree to make it fall into the parking lot but were so incompetent that it fell INTO THE ROAD. It barely missed several cars and I watched as some had to slam on their brakes. They cleaned this up while laughing as if they couldn't have killed someone. I called their receptionist who was as concerned as I was and connected me to the manager. This manager "assured me that his team is 100% safe" and I explained how it fell into a road full of cars and he proceeded to ask "well did anyone get hit or hurt?" He had NO concern that his team has put the lives of anyone passing by in danger. Do not use these extremely unprofessional people.

Since Lawn Enforcement took over the contract for On Top on the World, the landscaping has gone downhill drastically. They don't thow fallen branches or fronds in beds. The beds are overtaken with weeds, some taller than the plants. Poison Ivy grows in the beds and up a tree. Today, I picked up some of the fallen branches and place them by the curb for pickup. Minutes later the lawn mower came and just ran over the piles, which is bad for the equipment and your reputation. He was stopped a little further up and I asked him why he ran over the piles. He decided it would be a good idea to raise his voice and argue with a resident, again, not good for your reputation. I hope that there is an escape clause from the contract for non performance.

This company is paid by my HOA to maintain my neighborhood. I can’t speak to their landscape design/installation services, but as a yard maintainance company they are either completely untrained or incredibly unprofessional. I’ve done landscaping/yard maintainance work, and they break basic lawn care rules like using the wrong size mower on little yards, quickly turning on grass (grinding wear-spots in the lawn), driving muddy tires on driveways/sidewalks, and leaving hedge trimmings on the bushes and strewn about the flower bed for home-owners to clean up. They have no concept for how to trim a bush/shrub into anything other than an amorphous blob, which could be excused if they respected requests to be on ‘no-cut, no-trim’ lists (x3)…but they don’t, they just keep trespassing on my property, ruining my lawn and shrubs, and leaving the mess for me to clean up. LEA, this is notice that I plan to call the police next time your crew steps foot on my property.

My company used them to maintain two properties for A. Wright. We signed a contract with them and paid monthly. They changed managers twice. We continued to pay. The promises of one manager did not translate to the next and the owner could give a rip about his customers so he’s hiring and embracing the losers he hires. Don’t sign their contracts because they take your money and don’t perform. EDIT: The owner never even responded to the 30 day notice. As with other reviews they don’t care. The truth is the truth, fairs got nothing to do with it. Two different managers yet no one knows anything all the while the trees growing then you want to charge me separately.

I used Lawn Enforcement Agency as we were getting our property ready to sell. They did not come out on the agreed upon date and when I called to ask them to come out prior to our list date, they came out but did not provide services we reviewed in our estimate and that they said were completed. This included not cutting the backyard, not picking up leaves/debris, and not trimming low hanging limbs (all of which we discussed during the estimate and were included on the estimate). I had to take pictures and follow up with our account manager several times to beg to get them to come back out and complete the work without our week window. They had two individuals come out the last day and barely completed the leaf clean up. After this I expressed my concerns to the account manager as all the services on our estimate were not provided and were not fulfilled. They still sent me an invoice for the entire estimate. I would not recommend them for anyone looking to have timely or correct services done.
