I scheduled an appointment for our first visit after the local manager finally called about two weeks after I submitted the info online. THEN. ...on the day of the service he was a no show and a no call. I called the local office and they said he wasn't even there that day. I know things happen but, an email, text or phone call would have been nice. If you work for me and are a "No Show", unless there was a serious emergency, you would be fired.
