The worker was thorough in his job

The people are very nice and very knowledgeable.

I reviewed Arrow 2 months ago and gave 5 stars. I would give them more now if i could. Yesterday Charlie called to say he was running about 10 minutes late. 10 minutes! Who else would call to let a customer know they were only that far behind? Nobody I know. Everyone I have dealt with at Arrow has been first class.

Richard is very professional and a very caring person. He is great to work with.

Our land lord has been getting pest control from one of these guys for ATLEAST 2 years and we've been in this specific apartment for 1. We got roaches and German roaches and they only got WORSE after he came and sprayed. He would come in and be there for less than 1 minute. Our landlord then started accompanying him on his sprays and he put A LITTLE more effort into his sprays but it never worked and got worse. Then we did a bigger treatment where we had to completely clean out our entire kitchens and dining rooms TWICE! I even had to lock my cats in their room for 2-3 days because they weren't allowed to be in the kitchen bc of the spray. Still it got worse. Not to mention he left my neighbors door open and he left my other neighbors drawer from he kitchen outside on the ground. I think his name was cagney? I don't know what that man put in our apartments but it makes sense they wouldn't kill their money makers.

Punctuality and professionalism

Our technician is always courteous, informative, and accommodating when scheduling appointments. We have had little to no issues with pests while using their services and I love that their products are child/pet safe.

I’ve had service with them for my lawn for some years and have tried to make it work. And they consistently just do the minimum to get their check. They don’t communicate about lawn issues and constantly have staffing issues. Top that with billing issues and difficulty getting call backs and I’m left thinking they’re just not it. So I’m firing them. I suggest y’all find some other company that has quality technicians who stick around and a company that cares about keeping customers.
