Massey Services Pest Control

So far I'm not impressed. I talked to a neighbor of mine because he has a nice lawn. He says he has been using Massey for their services. When i called Massey, they didn't seem to hesitate to come here and give use an estimate. Was almost twice the price that we expected, but we decidedto stillgo with them. I signed a contract with this company for both pest control and lawn care. However, I have never seen this much roaches in my house compared to when I did not have any pest control. Also, I have two large yards and when the serviceman came today to do services for my two lawns, I just saw that he was gone in less than 10 minutes (my ring camera caught him leaving right after). Then, they sent me a long list of services that he supposedly did today. Please tell me how someone do so many services

Nothing but terrible reviews and bad customer service. I have talked the Chris the Department Manager in Gainesville and he has no clue what he’s doing. I have escalated it to Corporate and talked to that Chris in Regional. I have had zero help from anyone and I’m not a big complainer. Please never use this company.
