Gator Country provides the best service and they are very nice to deal with. They have kept me bug free for years, but recently I accidentally brought some roaches in the house on something I brought in from outdoors. I'm telling you, they got that problem fixed in one visit. Thank you!

I love these people and they deal with my crazy mess about having roaches in my house I call they come out and do their thing even though it's earlier than they r suppose to b there I would not use anyone else!

Their tech Chris came to our complex for a routine visit and answered any and all questions we had. He was very polite and patient with us as we asked questions… He was very professional and took his time to make sure he was spraying all spots that needed it. Will use them personally again if needed outside of apartment living.

Update: I was told the tech was fired. Their service technician treated more than just pests. Treated himself to the alcohol in my refrigerator too. Not to mention he only sprayed two rooms instead of all the ones requested. I'd like to also note that I have beer and rum, yet this fella still stole the seltzers. Stealing, poor work ethic, AND prefers seltzers. Get better technicians.

chris was the best. he pointed out all entry points for bugs and was very informative about the different roaches i could be seeing, their specific behaviors and suggested a variety of solutions. he was receptive to concerns about chemicals and was very knowledgeable about what he was using. super helpful, polite and reassuring. thank you chris!

The man who came to my apartment was very helpful! He was friendly, understanding, and answered all my questions. He was patient with my concerns. Hoping the chemicals he used will get rid of the fruit flies and cockroaches that have been running my apt!
