This is the best pest service in Gainesville. Vyki and Jason are awesome to work with. I like only green/organic pest products to be applied and sure enough they have some great products to apply. Price is reasonable on the lower end of the range for similar service in Gainesville. Jason knows what he is doing. Never hesitant to do follow visit if needed. I have several pest companies before but ever since I started to work with Ecopest there is never turning back.

Jason and Vince came to spray for bugs they were both extremely kind and nice to help me resolve the issue.

Fantastic customer service. Reasonable pricing. We uncovered a carpenter ant infestation, and after calling Jason was able to both come out and treat the issue within a few days. I also appreciated that without any prompting, Vicki called to follow up a few weeks after to be sure everything was good. I'd absolutely use them again if it's ever needed.

I live in an Apartment complex and asked for more than 1 service to be completed. When asked why I needed more than 1 service I stated that even though I have only seen 2 roaches, I am positive that there are more. If you see roaches during the day (which I did), it could be a sign of a large infestation because overcrowding has forced them out into the open. The response I received was " You know we go to school for this." To which I responded "Yes, but I'm confused as to why someone cant treat multiple times." I was informed by my apartment complex that as a result of that conversation Ecopest canceled my service through my apartment complex. The lack of professionalism I experienced is not okay, I truly did want an explanation but I was met with rudeness. Even though I live in an apartment, Ecopest should treat me like any other customer.

The team is very knowledgeable and provided me with all the required information about pest control and management. The most impressive part of their service was their ability to treat my lawn with fungicide and fertilizer whenever it was needed. The result was obvious, as my lawn never looked greener or healthier than it does now. In addition, their team is always on time for appointments, which is a huge plus. They are punctual and make sure to complete all the required work efficiently. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Eco Pest. I was dealing with fleas and randomly ran into Jason giving an estimate down the road! I asked him if he could give an estimate and he promptly came over and gave an estimate, the price was very reasonable and he gave us a treatment on the spot! We highly recommend this company and will be giving them our referrals!

Our HOA required that we used this company to get a termite inspection. Vicki in the office kept insisting our address was different than it was, therefore saying we did NOT get the inspection done. We DID get the inspection done as my husband met the guy there that did it. Vicki was wrong and they obviously had our address wrong in their system and instead of admitting they were wrong and they could easily fix the records - she was so nasty on the phone, told me she wasn't going to argue with me and proceeded to hang up on me! I was shocked at the unprofessional and rude treatment of a customer. Ecopest has the contract for our whole neighborhood. I will be contacting the HOA and let them know how Ecopest treats their customers!
