I would love to not need a pest control company, but I live in Florida, so bugs happen. After hiring a few, we finally resorted to DIY because it seemed like nothing improved after visits from other companies we hired. But, Florida is a little too much for DIY and I was waking up too often to a dead overnight visitor 🪳 Hillsboro Pest Control is in the neighborhood so our hope when we called was that we would find great, family owned company that would adopt us and treat our home like it was theirs. Pipe dream, right? Wrong! Nunes (the patriarch) came to our house and spent so much time, first listening to our concerns, then spraying throughly throughout the house and then the exterior. And very unlike past companies visits, there was ALOT of (ahem) evidence that what they do *works*! As Palmetto bugs and their cousins freak me out, that part was a little traumatic, but careful what you wish for right? We have subscribed for bimonthly exterior service moving forward, which Nunes is confident will be sufficient for our needs. I can’t recommend them more highly. If you need a trustworthy pest company who will take care of you like family, call them ASAP!

Best !!! I want to share my experience with this company. I called them frantic. They came immediately and the guy that came was so kind and took his time. He was at my home for a long time covering everything. He was so kind I can’t express enough how kind he was. He explained everything to me and more. He was there for hours taking his time almost treating it as if it was his home. He was beyond professional. I am so upset by this rental property what they haven’t done, there excuses and a lot more that I can’t go into. I paid out of pocket and as a single mom was very upset to have to do this but it was worth every dollar because this company was that good. This has affected me mentally and he calmed me down and spoke to me which he didn’t have to do. He was also so clean. He was very kind towards my kid and pet. I hope they give him a raise because I won’t call anyone else but them from now on and would recommend this to anyone and anyone I know. I’m a girl and don’t know a lot about this stuff so when I texted my guy friends In New York they were all impressed by what he did and used. They all said “wow he knows what he is doing” he spent so much time going through every inch of the condo and outside. He even asked me questions trying to fix the problem . I trust this company and can finally sleep. I haven’t slept in a long time because of this problem. I want to thank the company for taking there time and not just coming in and spraying stuff like the other companies. When he was doing things he would make sure my pet and kid were safe even myself he would make sure . I can’t speak highly enough about this company and the man that came. I am a single mom with lupus and don’t have alot of money I am on disability and take care of my mother who has cancer . They will be coming every 2 months to maintain this and took into consideration my situation which was very nice. They also told me to call them if I have any issues and reassured me they will be taking care of this problem . I just want to say thank you for treating me so well being so professional. Movers, pest control no one is professional anymore. He was beyond professional. I want to thank this company for everything they did. When they come back out I will be asking if they can send the same person. Thank you for everything !

Just beginning our relationship with Hillsboro Pest Control and Mr. Nunes; to say I am impressed would be a huge understatement. We’ve had a corporate chain company doing our service for years and I feel foolish for not seeking him sooner. Came out same day and spent a lot of time researching our issues. Other company only dealt with symptoms, never the problem. I feel supremely confident that we are on the path to resolving the problems. I fired the other company the moment Mr. Nunes left; I suggest you do the same.
