I purchased a yearly termite and insect plan with them, it wasn't cheap but their prior service had been effective so I thought it was worth it. However, when you actually try to call back and schedule follow up service, they ignore your calls. I called 4 days in a row. On the 4th day, a lady picks up and says she will call you back with an appointment but then no call back. When I call to reach them the following week, again on answer for days. This is despite leaving detail voicemails and letting them know I am an existing customer. I decided to take a loss on the agreements and go with a different company. Really poorly run business. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd time in my life I've ever left a negative review for any business as it is not in my nature but it is important for customers to be aware of this issue.

Gone Pest Management is definitely the place to go if you have a rodent issue. They are very professional, great prices, and extremely good at what they do. Office personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this company... I called them at 6am after hearing scratching noises in my attic. They had a sevice tech at my door within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Found the entry point where the rodents were coming in from and 2 days later rodents were gone. Thank you Gone Pest Control

Zack was my technician he was always prompt anytime he came to my home. He was well educated on the product and took his time to explain to me what will be done. Unfortunately, the company had to come back out and they 100 percent honored the warranty for 1 year... Great experience...great company. They helped solve my problem!!!

Zach and the owner came to my home in Miami to personally explain the company’s processes for rat containment, elimination and sanitation. They were professional, courteous, timely, very kind and genuinely empathetic towards my concern and extreme fear. In my case, my 92 year old Mom and 16 year old Golden Retriever’s safety were top of mind. I am happy to report that the pesty ratty intruders are gone for good. Zach and James made it happen; I can finally sleep at ease tonight. I liked everything about this company and would highly recommend them with complete confidence!

After two less-than-professional experiences with other rodent control companies we contacted All In One back in 2016, We were pleased with the professionalism as well as the cost. In fact we were so pleased in 2016 we called them again in 2018. Same if not even better service! WE highly recommend them!

Stay away! They don't stand behind their warranty. They charged me $500 (he dropped the price $200 when I didn't say OK immediately) to get rid of bees when I hired a company to change all my wood siding. He said he dropped the price because it didn't include any replacement of wood in the underpart of my roof since the guys were already doing work on the house. I made sure the workers replacing the siding repaired what needed to be done after because if not they wouldn't guarantee that the bees wouldn't come back. Well, a few months later they came back. I called All In One to get somebody to come out, the girl that answered the phone was very polite and said she would have somebody call me back within a few days. Two weeks passed, no call. I called back again and was given an appointment for 5/23 from 9am-12pm. She mentioned that if the bees weren't swarming or activity wasn't present there would be a service charge for coming out. I thought that was a bit weird, I wouldn't be calling if I didn't see the bees. On the day of the appointment, the receptionist calls me and says that the service tech had a family emergency and will not be coming out, she rescheduled the appointment for 5/25 same time. An hour later I get a call from the technician asking me questions and to text him pictures so it can refresh his memory on the job since it's been 6 months. They really tried everything to not come back or find a way to try to charge me their "service fee". On the day of the appointment the technician gets there, he's looking at it, scratching his head, and he spits it out. "They didn't seal it properly", "I would hate to charge you all over again", "I'll have to at least charge you a service fee". I said, "no thank you, I'll call a more reputable company that stands behind their work". He responds, "It's just a service fee". I say no thank you, If I have to pay again, I would prefer to call somebody else. But I will be posting this on every review possible". He responds by saying, "Go ahead! We have 5 star reviews everywhere!" I close my door, he knocks on it again with the owner of the company on the phone, he repeats that they must charge a service fee of $175. I say again, "no thank you, I'll call somebody else" and he say "OK". I was not going to give this shady company another penny! I would prefer to call a more reputable company that honors their warranty. They were determined to charge me again no matter what, even before coming out. Horrible way to do business.

The serviceman came in a car design to look like a rat.He TOOk my $800 and put 2 tubes in my attic and said he put 1 under the house,showed me the tubes and said the food had been eaten.Liar.Iam disable and so is my mom, I still saw rats in the house,came back and said he put traps (something he claim he doen't use. I see rats in my bedroom. i believe its a mom n pop fraud. I have call and ask for my money he will not respone. If a RAT drives a car design like a RAT call the police. Ask the location. of the office, they refuse to tell me.I was so stressed seeing a rat I didn't get a second opinion.
