The Technician called to tell me about his imminent arrival. Evan arrived and introduced himself. He was doing our annual termite inspection and started on the inside of our house. He had on shoe protectors to protect our floors, which I appreciated. He is professional and polite. After inspecting the outside of our house, he reviewed his findings with my Husband and me. No evidence of termite was found. We learned we had no floor insulation in the underside of the original portion of our home.

I have moved into new construction. NEW construction, so new that I am the 1st in a subdivision of a proposed 100 or more. Home was waiting, except for the finishing touches when my home of 20+ years sold quicker than I ever imagined. Within a couple days. This was house # 4 in my life where it was my 1st time buying/selling the home without my husband of 48 years. Pretty uneducated on the subject. Moved into a mess where bugs are concerned. Update- 5/27– they are still trying to bill me for this service! Absolutely ridiculous. Whoever replied as the “owner” you call me. You have my number on file. All I get when I call is a representative. You are clearly reading this, now follow up with a phone call to me and make this right. Watch your credit card and cameras! We were in a 1 year contract ending in may 2025. We called 3/30/25 to cancel after the one year. We were told that we had one more visit that was scheduled for 4/9 at 10
