A senior citizen in our neighborhood got ripped off by Rowland for a flea treatment. $300 worth. When the 86 year old lady complained they sent her a letter saying they would not cash her check. Rowland lied. They cashed it anyway.

EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE AND PUSHY SALES PEOPLE! A man came to our home MULTIPLE times throughout ONE single day after being told by me I was not interested in any pest control. Then he circles back hours later and catches my husband outside whom never knew I denied this man service to begin with. He pitched his nonsense and somehow convinced my husband to have someone come out. We have been borderline forced to use this company for months now and I've only seen someone maybe twice. We have ants everywhere and I mean everywhere. Large bull ants coming into our home, into our children's bedrooms, tiny ants on counters and on window sills, and I am just super displeased with this service. I called today to cancel only to be told we were locked in to an 18 month contract!!! Mind you we were never told this on the front end which is deception. Upon reading the other reviews, I now see I am not the only one who has had this experience sadly. We do plan to contact our contractual attorney to reach out to who ever owns this shady business. And, to whom ever comments on their google account, please do not send some copy and paste rebuttal comment that you have said to every other person who has complained. Take some ownership of how you do business and make it right for those of us who are not happy and have been deceived by your slimy sales people who solicit business in a No Soliciting Neighborhood.

They employ deceptive sales people. I was not informed that I was signing into an 18 month contract. I assumed this was a no contract company and I was just signing for the same day service that I received. The words "contract", let alone an outrageously long 18 month contract never left the mouth of the sales person. The only reason why I found out about the contract was because I called to cancel my next service to cut down on monthly fees and was subsequently informed that I would have to pay an early contract termination fee. That was the first time I found out that I was in a contract with this company. Very deceptive and I am currently pursuing legal avenues to dispute this.

My first ever 1-star review. We have had an incredibly poor experience with this company in nearly every possible way. We had Terminix for 5+ years without a single issue with bugs prior to switching. Then the slick salesman talked us into "supporting local" and switching to this company. I love to support local so I went for it, but since then? Our house has had more bugs in every possible crack. Ants in our bathtub, cockroaches literally EVERYWHERE, and I do mean EVERYWHERE! They send someone out here (after they cancelled on us a few times due to an "emergency") and claim we should be set. The bugs just keep coming. It's a disaster. They were literally in our bathroom towels. I am happy for those who have had a good experience with them, and I wanted it to work, but it honestly could not have been a worse experience.

I do not recommend this company for pest control. We are finally almost at the end of our 12 month forced contract and are excited to be canceling soon. We were originally sold on the fact there was not locked contract, then quickly found out its a 12 month contract with early termination fees if we cancel. We've called them to come back out a couple of times and theres really no change in amount of bugs. When they come out we ask them to address the problem areas and nothing really seems to change. We've had constant problems with ants and excessively so, but their treatments never seem to work, I have much better luck with a Shaker bag from ace. Overall, were fairly displeased with the quality of service for the high price we pay vs many other companies. We found out later some of our neighbors canceled service for the same reasons.

Our salesperson came knocking door to door in our No Soliciting neighborhood. Tyler was so pushy he even insisted that he come inside and look around even though we told him we weren't interested. Will never do business with this company!

The technician was very friendly and professional. He did a great job all around the house. Hopefully all he applied in the yard will do its job. I can't comment on how effective this will be until at least 2 weeks as this is the first time.
