Problem solved, thanks to April's sound advice.

Never a problem before but recently woman behind the counter was oddly passively aggressively rude. And trying to make me feel stupid in the process. It was out of pocket and uncalled for since I did nothing to warrant it. Not going to lose any sleep over it. Amazon carries the things I need too.

Twice DIY has come to the rescue. We had a subterranean termite issue. DIY was right on the money. One treatment of the Taurus product, and we haven't see a termite since. Most recently, we were dealing with drain gnats. Pesky little buggers. DIY was right again. They are our choice for ANY pest issues. Price is good for veterans too. Thanks DIY!!

I don't know why everyone is giving this company a five stars they rip me off 3 times on products that i found elsewhere for a lot less than what they charge me. I won't ever buy from them again nor refer friends or family here. What a rip off this company, and they have several do- it- yourself company. Just to overcharged on products that are 3 x cheaper than what there fee is. Greedy desperate company. Beware overpriced products!!!!

Do It Yourself Pest and Lawn Products came through for me when I was dealing with a pretty serious German roach infestation that just wouldn’t quit. I tried all the usual tricks — the peanut-butter baits and everything else — and while they helped a little, it still wasn’t nearly enough. The team there really knows their stuff, and April in particular delivered precision, laser-focused guidance that made all the difference. These roaches — a.k.a. the cucarachas — had a real fighting spirit, but they were ultimately no match for the exact, pinpoint-accurate information she provided. She even took the time to write out detailed directions and diagrams showing exactly how everything should be laid out and taken care of. After getting the right product and following her instructions to the letter, I haven’t seen a single cucaracha since. April truly knows her stuff!

For a long time I tried different lawn care services. I never had any luck with them. Whenever I inquired about a lawn issue, the answer would always be, "OH that will cost you extra and you didn't purchase that part of the service. Well I got fed up and decided to do it myself. DIY is the best decision I ever made. It costs so much less than hiring a lawn care service. My entire neighborhood asks me who does my lawn. I tell them to use the DIY. So easy to do. Just listen to them and they will not steer you wrong.

Avoid this place. The lady (owner) will try and sell you as much stuff as possible and if you try to return something she will tell you "no returns, just a store credit". She hit me for $180 in a moment I was scared of my cats flea problem. When I treated my cats it solved much of the problem, so I wanted to return her products and she refused. She also sold me 4 sheets of fly paper for $40. I saw the exact same fly paper online for 40 sheets for $53 so she ripped me off there too. The Lady also dresses very provocatively and her customers are mostly Men. Hmmm I wonder why she does that?

Sorry about my confused post from last week about your hours being wrong on Google Maps. So, here's your 5 star review that you deserve! I had thought there was only one "Do It Yourself Pest..." store, particularly in somewhat close proximity to one-another. Good to know that you are open on Sundays when the other store is closed, and vice-versa, in case we have another weekend pest emergency : ) Btw, this one (photo) that flew in front of our TV the other weekend did turn out to be an Formosan subterranean termite alates, or swarmer. Thankfully we haven't seen another since then, and no mud tubes visible. Your business is very important for people like me who have several properties and have had to deal with various termites and rodents so often. It seems that the local pest control service companies want to lock people into a long-term-protection contract, otherwise you have to pay them more up front! You guys help us figure out what we're really dealing with, and whether we can "do-it-ourselves" to eradicate destructive bugs and rodents. Thanks!

In 2015 we began to have an issue with german roaches, these are the worst kind of roach that you never want invading your home or business, but because we live in Florida, they're out there. They lay eggs at record speed and infiltrate your entire house. We lived in the community across the street from DIY Pest Control in Altamonte Springs and thought we would stop by to see if they could offer something to eradicate these filthy pests. The lady we spoke with was very informative and took us directly to the two products needed to solve the problem and gave us a paper instructing us on how to use them. She also informed us that depending on the severity of the infestation, it could take 3+ months to see satisfactory results. We used the two products as instructed, we began to see results fast. Everyday for about a month I would sweep up at least 20 - 30 dead roaches from under my fridge and cabinets, the number quickly reduced. In less than three months they were completely gone. A few years later a friend had the same problem, we sent him to DIYPC and he was completely astonished how he was able to eradicate them all I can't say enough for the professional assistance that we got from DIY Pest Control. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The best decision I have ever made about home maintenance and repair. The service companies are way out of line with their policies and prices. DIY sold me exactly what the pest companies use and taught me how to schedule, store, and apply them. PLEASE give them a try! I only regret not knowing about this place YEARS ago. I have wasted SO much $$$ over the past 23 years! Who knew????

This was the only DIY pest place or HW store that had high concentrated Permethrin that wasn't sky high in price. It also had the smaller bottles and knowledgeable staff.

Had a good experience with the clerk at the store and on the phone. The clerk was very helpful with identifying products for my issues. The serious downside is pricing. The photos attached show ONLINE stores which can be up to half the price but comparing at local stores it is only 10-20% more expensive. I will note that the Ant Gel was significantly cheaper than online. Another big downside is you are locked in as they only provide store credit on returns. I’m willing to pay a slight premium to go to a storefront but this is too high for my needs. You will get good customer service and advice for the money though!
