The Technician called to tell me about his imminent arrival. Evan arrived and introduced himself. He was doing our annual termite inspection and started on the inside of our house. He had on shoe protectors to protect our floors, which I appreciated. He is professional and polite. After inspecting the outside of our house, he reviewed his findings with my Husband and me. No evidence of termite was found. We learned we had no floor insulation in the underside of the original portion of our home.
