Pest Control Now of Washington

Inherited a service contract from the previous owners of our house in NW DC. If I'm honest, they're a bare minimum provider- They'll come once a quarter to spray a bug barrier and collect their $100+, but don't seem to be invested in overall success. After a week of rescheduling every day, I've decided to cancel and move on. Maybe they were better before being bought by Private Equity in 2023

Steer clear of this pest company. They used to be the best in town, but have gone downhill since around last fall of 2025. We used them for years previously without problem -- sadly not anymore.

I am pretty disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years, and while the technician serving is good, the corporate support is poor.

I have used this company for years with little to no issues. For weeks now they have been doing "a system upgrade". Now it is impossible to get an inspection completed. I have had multiple "lost: inspections"; lost emails - and they no longer answer any emails and the phone wait times are impossible to deal with. Their service has dropped to nonexistent.

They provide durable and efficient solutions.

Punctual, professional, and effective. Couldn't ask for better service.

We had a visit from Damian, PEST NOW today (September 23, 2024) and the encounter was the best we have ever had from a service person from any service provider. He focused on addressing of the problem and gave us an excellent lecture on the source of the problem, how pest control works, and what we should do to prevent/address the problem. I called this DC based company to receive a quote for a termite inspection. The receptionist asked for the area of service and rudely says “we don’t service DC”. Before I utter a response she hangs up. Highly unprofessional
