Ron is very unprofessional I have been trying to get answers for months to why Im been charged for a cancellation fee when Im on a month to month. He does not return calls and lies about sending emails.

This is the worst company ever! BEWARE.....They will try to scam you for your money and do not use the proper chemicals. You’re going to continue to have pest issues this company actually will make it worse.....

Brussell treated my property in July 2018 and did a follow up visit but did not apply any treatment. I have been calling repeatedly to come and do the 2nd treatment but no manager or technician call me back. Maybe it was because i paid with cash thinking they are good at what they do. Now I have more bugs than I started with. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! BAD TREATMENT!
