Barnet I think was the associates’s name. He was great. Very thorough and informative and responsive to my questions about the treatment he was doing. Made it really easy. Will definitely use him and Elite Ops services again.

These guys are so good. I lived in my building 30 + years, and although I personality haven’t had issues in the different units, the trash room was scary at times. But since we have had Elite Ops the last few years.. so much better. Not scared to walk in trash room anymore. 😃 The exterminators are super friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions

My fifth time using their services! It’s very easy to schedule online. Garnett was my specialist again and he arrived right at the time he told me. When he arrived he was very thorough with treating the problem areas and even identified where he thinks the pests are entering from. He let me know I can reach out to him if I’m still having any problems in the next few weeks. I doubt I will need to and I will certainly use their services again in the future for seasonal maintenance. Thanks Garnett!

Professional and timely service from Elite Ops. Our technician was on time, wore a mask and gloves on entry, was friendly and answered all my questions. The technician was able to point out some problem spots, offer suggestions and gave us the knowledge to handle the situation independently next time. While I feel like the cost was a bit high for the services ultimately rendered (just setting traps/poison), it would have been worth it if we had an actual infestation (which we didn't know prior to booking). Definitely, would recommend to anyone with a serious mouse problem.

The response time was very good. However, two days after service, l'm having the same problem, which "l was assured" would not happened. I asked about a service contract due to my concern, but was told it would not be needed. Well l am very upset and disappointed, especially after seeing such glowing reviews and having the same rissues. I called this company because l wanted professional assistance and honesty. I have also tried unsuccessfully to get a copy of my receipt of service. I am hoping to get a response regarding my concerns because you can only leave a message when calling or send an email. Should l get this resolved l will update this post.
