Unfortunately, we started out with high hopes that this company would be the answer to our European cockroach invasion. After a number of visits and treatments we failed to see the intended results. The company finally suggested a second flush. When I challenged this as being unsuccessful initially, the company admitted that the wrong chemicals were used during the first flush and wanted me to go through the effort and full expense of a second flush. No! I am not paying for their mistake!

I called Green Pest to help with my termite infestation. After I scheduled them to come out for an estimate, my friend told me she used them before and does not recommend because they are incompetent and don't do a great job. They came out while I was away (I gave permission and the code) and sent me a quote for $200 for general pest management for all pests EXCEPT termites. My property was empty as the tenants had moved out leaving nothing behind but about 100 dead termites so it was pretty hard to miss. I texted and emailed asking what this quote had to do with my property or my termites and they waited 4 days to email me back and tell me that the technician had spotty wifi and must have confused my property with another property and they would have to come back for another estimate. I'm not sure how spotty wifi could explain how they missed the pile of dead termites, but no thanks.

Tech was great and did job but horrible customer service at main office. We needed scheduled apmt due to fruit fly infestation. No one came for first apmt time since scheduler put in different date than what they told me. Tech was suppose to come between 8-10 next day but didn’t come until 1230 (tech was misassigned). Lots of inconvenience due to time ( lots of hours waiting for tech due to bad dispatching) and company handled our emergency badly. Bad communication between office to technician and customer.

Terrible! Called to schedule, rearranged my day to accommodate. Called an hour before tech was supposed to arrive, they said that they would not be calling me because not what I requested, and that they would just show up. Didn't show up. Called and they said that technician had showed up, but I have a ring camera and noone showed up. Goodbye

I have received a technician service three times in as many weeks after complaining that the technician was either not dewebbing or not effective as spiderwebs remain in the same spot. And three visits later they are still there. This is not the first time but customer service is very supportive and I have remained a customer for many years. I am rethinking it now .

Zero stars. Once they get your money, they do absolutely nothing. Won’t return calls. Didn’t seal off the mouse entrances. This company is a scam. They put a few traps inside (the same ones you can buy at the store) and poison outside then nothing. None of their traps have caught a mouse. We did see a dead bird at their poison box outside though.

Very disappointed in information passed to my Tennant regarding how mice may be accessing the home. I believe Green Pest took advantage of my Tennant by feeding her false information. I have verified with my Plumber the credibility of what Green Pest staff were advising my Tennant. I will plan to reach out to Green Pest tomorrow to explain my dissatisfaction and disappointment with their inadequate and inaccurate report they sent me. I spend way too much on this account to be given this sort of information from so called, “experts.”

I hired Green Pest because they had such rave reviews. That is why I think it's so important to write a review. I do not recommend their services at all, in my experience you wouldn't be better suited googling or youtubing your issues and doing it yourself or having a handy man handle it. In the end, after9 or so months, my mom found the problem that the paid professionals never identified The good - there do seem to be plenty of smart, kind, friendly and professional people that work there. They have good branding and an easy to remember name. The bad - The people don't seem to change the processes and outcomes - The consultation person will come and say they will shore up entry points / weak spots but they won't. You will. - Technicians regularly came earlier/later than scheduled or no showed - Frequently came without the tools necessary for example no step ladder to examine a ceiling call - Overloaded call center, often had calls not picked up and voicemails not returned etc. - Concerns flagged will be ignored, ie. you can call and be promised a return call to address issues that never comes - More rare but so crazy, there are techs who lack professionalism and respect when speaking about your home and neighborhood. Maybe I had bad luck compared to other reviewers but I genuinely hope this saves someone the time, money and frustration of being locked in for 1 year with poor experiences. Good luck.

We have been customers for 2 seasons now and it has been such a horrible experience. Their customer service has provided some of the worst interactions I have ever had with professional services companies. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt hoping the agent was having a bad day but I cannot do it anymore. I have never once had a pleasant interaction with their agents and we spend too much money on these services to feel like we are inconveniencing their customer service team.

Yeah, if I could give these people zero stars I would. They are absolutely terrible. I wish I had looked at the yelp reviews before. For some reason on Google, they have an extremely high rating in the three months that we have been with them, I find no reason to give them any positive comments or reviews at all. The first time I had scheduled with them, they no showed me. I gave them the benefit of doubt, and scheduled them again. That service went without any problems. Then they had to come out because we had ants, the service tech said he had never seen ants in that location before (a sink). Nonetheless, he put some bait and said that would take care of it. It took a while, but it did seem to do the trick. I had to have them come out to spray for some spiders, they didn’t show up. Call to find out what was going on and they said that the timeframe that they had originally quoted me was actually an additional 30 minutes longer (8 AM to 12:30 PM as opposed to 8 AM to 12 PM). That was incorrect according to the person who booked the appointment for me. They actually showed up to that appointment, magically after I called. Last straw was today, second monthly service. scheduled more than a week ago, lo and behold, another no-show. Call to find out what was going on, got disconnected first, then put on hold for eight minutes with the automated service saying that there was no one ahead of me, and finally spoke to someone who simply said OK, she didn’t ask why I wanted today’s service canceled, nor did she ask why I wanted the monthly service canceled. no attempt to explain, no attempt to find out what was going on, no customer service. Stay away from these people. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
