Our technician was very professional and helpful; however, it was a nightmare to try to communicate with BioTech. I had to call several times before I was ever able to reach a human and it took a very long time and multiple calls to receive a call back.

Had someone from this company come and inspect my house for fleas and rats. Fleas are mostly inside the house but rats are in the crawl space. The person told me exactly what they would do both inside my house and in the crawl space, he then sent me an email with a proposal detailing exactly what he said at my house. I declined the proposal as price was way over my budget but then they offered a 15% discount which I thought was somewhat reasonable. I asked them to send me a new proposal which includes the discount. A day later they sent me the proposal but the description of the work that had to be done mainly in the crawl space had changed. It was nothing like the first proposal... I pointed that out to them but they weren't willing to take responsibility and pretty much just dismissed it. Not how you do business.

Clifford put together an extensive plan to help eradicate a rat infestation and ensure long term success. I was especially pleased with the work his team did in my crawlspace, which is extremely small. They cleared out debris, dug out a layer of dirt, insulated, sealed, and sanitized. The included warranty helped provide peace of mind after the job was done. Highly recommend their services!

This business is clearly very busy. So busy they never answer their phones or response to emails requesting services. That would be 2 emails and 3 calls over 7 business days. If they're that stretched thin, then they probably are not delivering the best services right now. But we'll never know. I certainly hope they get it together soon for these needed services.

BioTech is responsive and easy to deal with. For some reason their system sent the wrong time window when notifying us, but a quick call clarified. When Leon showed up, he was friendly, polite, and efficient — he was great! Just wish they had texted us the correct time.

I returned from an out of town trip to a very unpleasant smell in my house. BioTech was able to come out within 2 days and Clifford assessed my home, provided me with a proposal same day and then worked with me to answer all of my questions (including a call on Friday evening!). Clifford and his team were here Monday morning to perform all the services which included sealing entry points, disposal and sanitizing areas (and confirming the cause of the smell - 2 dead mice!), new attic insulation, and the extermination of ants (a separate issue that the company helped me with before). We now have a quarterly plan to monitor the mice situation. I appreciate that they laid down tarp/plastic and cleaned up afterwards.

I have been using this company for almost four years.. They came out every other month for rodent abatement. I reached out to them with a problem the same day they had been out for service (squirrels had eaten the bait that they put inside the bait stations). Their response was to tell me that the technician would look into it the next time they came out ( in 2 months) and if necessarily they would replace the bait stations at an additional cost to me. So there was no bait left and I had to wait for 2 months and pay another service fee. They should have scheduled a tech to come out immediately and if necessary replace the bait stations at no additional charge. After some back and forth, they indicated that they had escalated my concerns to a manager who would call me. Sorry, too late. I found another company to provide the service. This company is more expensive and I use to think they were worth it. I no longer think that and I no longer recommend the company. Reply to Company Response: My text exchange very clearly stated it would be 2 months to the next service. Your response just confirms my decision to terminate your service was appropriate. I do not want you to come back out to my property to do anything.

It was communicated to you that we will return to address your situation by next service but we all missed the detail that the your next service will be almost 2 months from today and for that we deeply apologize. Our policy to address situation addressed above is to return immediately pick up the stations, wait a period of 3 months, revisit your home, assess the situation and make a decision to place stations or not per your approval. With your approval we would love to return to dispose of the stations and ensure that area is safe or you can help discard the stations and its content. Thank you again.
