PEST PRO

After going without a pest control service for a few years, I decided to give Pest Pro a try and signed up for their 360 service. I expected the usual quick spray-and-go treatment, but what I got was far more thorough and professional. The technician showed up with a backpack sprayer in one hand and a brush in the other—and from the start, it was clear he took the job seriously. He took time to talk with us and really listened to our concerns before getting started. Then he got to work: spraying the foundation, brushing away cobwebs, treating the eaves, and even setting up bait boxes for mice around the outside of the house as part of the initial service. The cherry on top? He treated our mailbox too—talk about attention to detail! Pest Pro went above and beyond what I expected. If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Pest Pro.

Excellent customer service from Dawn on the phone! She was very nice and patient with all my questions and very willing to work around my schedule. Both technicians that came out were awesome and very good at their jobs. My mouse problem is GONE!! Going to be using them from now on👍👍👍

Since contacting them, I have been with Pest Pro about seeing a mouse in the home and droppings in a few places. They came out to the house, checked the house, treated it, and put down traps. On the outside, they placed baited traps in various places. Well, that has been a tremendous help. We have not seen any mice or droppings. We paid for ongoing service, and they came to treat the house and replace the bait. The service has made things so much easier, and as I come up on my renewal, I will continue to use the service for my home: A+ Business, A+ Service, A++ Customer Care inside your home and on the phone.

The office staff take into consideration my schedule when setting up appointments. Technicians are always on time. Personable, knowledgeable. Been working with Pest Pro since moving here a year ago. Had many choices for pest control companies, glad I selected PP for our needs. Company employees are knowledgeable and polite. If I have an issue outside normal service, they are quick to respond.

I have been using Pest Pro for several years with absolutely no complaints. The staff are professional, courteous and friendly. The first time I started using them was for mice and after the first treatment the mice were gone. With that, I was sold and decided to continue to use Pest Pro for exterminating services on a quarterly basis to keep the mouse and insect population under control at my home.
