Justin, the technician that has came to my home, is always a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, fair, and gives you peace of mind. I highly recommend this company for any exterminating needs.

I was dealing with a major spider problem outside of my home and was referred to Dave Smith Exterminating from a neighbor. I called and spoke with both Pam and Teresa to set up an appointment for Treatment. That in itself was a real pleasure. They are both very friendly and professional. Top notch communication as well. I chose the quarterly treatment program. It is very reasonable and well worth it because they will return between treatments free of charge to address any issues if needed. Drew was the technician who came to my house and applied the first treatment on 10/01/25. He assessed my situation and could clearly see the issue I was dealing with. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting started going around the whole house cleaning and knocking down all of the webs before beginning the first application. He was very thorough and treated every nook and cranny that he could access, treated around windows and then followed that up with the perimeter treatment. The spiders and ants stood no chance. I could not believe all of the spiders that came out of hiding and were terminated on the spot. I am writing this review on 10/12/25 because I wanted to be able to let potential customers know that as of today I do not have a spider problem and any spiders that decided to show up after the fact and attempt to set up house had ZERO success. I highly recommend Dave Smith and will continue to use them moving forward. I had a real mess on my hands and Drew knocked it out of the park. Literally! Overall, I could not be happier 👍
