If I could give zero stars I would. We called them to remove a possum. The company pretty much sent a sales rep who acted condescending. He ignored want we were telling him, instead trying to talk us into it being a rat problem. Multiple times I told him this is not a rat problem, we have actually seen the possums. He did nothing, we just wanted him to come and set a trap, not sell us things. He tried to tell us the possum would just leave, no it is making a nest in our wall and now our garage doors are messed up. Don’t use this company.

So far so good. They day after the traps went, seven were caught. Rep said the first visit they would seal the entrances, but he didn’t do that. I called and hopefully they will do that in the next visit.

Initially, I was happy. I reached out in December regarding a bed bug found by a resident. Nothing. Crickets. From the president down. The property should have received service on January 19th. Nothing. No one contacting the office stating we will no longer service your property. Don't let me start with the technician that wasn't using the correct product so that the treatment wasn't effective. No. Just no. So disappointed.

The scheduled appointment was for 2-4 PM. It was for INSIDE. Instead someone came to my house at 9 AM , I was probably in the shower. They did not ring the bell, but instead sprayed OUTSIDE and left! I did not even know that they came and waited all afternoon! The next night I saw on my security camera a woman walking around my yard at 9 in the morning the day before. Her jacket did not say CatsEye. Since I wasn’t expecting anyone at nine in the morning, I called the police. I finally found footage of the truck! This is ridiculous.
Very upset. Paid over $1,000.00 and all that happened was that a man came and set up mouse traps in a few places which we could have done ourselves. Now we have mice running out in the open. This is not what we were led to believe would happen.
Didn’t show on originally scheduled day -I had taken day off to accommodate the service. Because of that the interior of my home was not inspected. Also outside bait stations were not refilled and the dewebbing that was done was poor. Service continues to degrade over time
I am very disappointed with Catseye. They started off well and attentive. But as time went on, there is poor customer service and coordination on service calls.
Paid 650 for plantinum service, all they have done put cheap muese trap that costs 99 cents. It has not caught anything. Their visits are quick and leave with 10-15 minutes. They were supposed to check were a the opening are to close it, so mouses don't get in, I showed them where one of the mouse usually comes from and wanted the whole opening close and they just did the bottom as shown in the picture and the whole top side part still open. I feel al technician are lazy and really no doing anything. I expected for 650$ see faster solutions. The funny thing as well all their traps have nothing that will make the mouse go near the trap. Is empty. If I imagine the 650$ would cover things i could have done my self, I would not have call them. I'm currently discovering more holes around my house and covering the my self. The 650 included for them to inspect my whole house to see where they could be coming in and they didn't even do that and mind you for the kitchen I took everything out to make it easier for them to inspect. Do not waste your money on them. Scammers
They charged me $650 to handle a supposed mouse problem. What has this $650 paid for? I’m glad you asked. I have had two visits since signing the contract in April. Techs placed less than eight UNBAITED 99 cent traps in the basement, three in the garage, and four in the attic. This may shock you but they have not caught any mice. Techs have come TWICE since April to “inspect the traps.” Now, I’m not a pest control expert, but even I know that $650 is a massive, ridiculous rip off. I suppose the lesson in all of this is that I’m an idiot and hopefully you’re less stupid than me. Do not, under any circumstances, pay them to help with mice. The level of effort they put into it is so absurdly, hilariously, ridiculously small that I have to laugh for fear of crying. I was also charged $750 for mole removal. Want to guess if the moles are still thriving? Of course they are!! So for anyone counting that is $1400 down the drain. An actual tragedy. I’m embarrassed that I trusted this company. Finally, the monthly service has done absolutely nothing to cut down on the carpenter ants currently moving into my house, swarming my deck, and building a mansion in my yard. I mentioned the ants to my last tech and he said “we don’t really handle that kind of thing” which, of course, begs the question “what precisely CAN your company do well?” Because it isn’t killing mice, killing moles, killing ants, or eradicating pests. I guess what they do well is lie to customers and, essentially, steal money from idiots like myself. To be honest, I wasn’t even going to leave a bad review. I was just going to quietly quit and/or die of the humiliation of setting a huge chunk of money on fire but Catseye keeps texting me to ask for a review. So here ya go.
I pay for a platinum service, about 90 dollars a month that covers bee treatment. I pay on time every month and even auto pay. I have been trying to have my house sprayed for carpenter bees and yellow jackets for 1 month. They've now sent technicians on 2 different occasions who have not sprayed for bees, the last one stating the area was too high. I don't quite understand, as they've serviced my house for nearly 5 years and I've reminded them on each occasion before a technician comes out that the area is on the roof 2+ stories. I was promised a call back today from a supervisor with none received. Really unfortunate because I used to get good service from this company. I am hoping they will make this right.
I had them come out to deal with mice in my basement. I agreed to have them do a service to deal with them (3 visits). During the inspection he told me I had carpentar ants that needed to be eracicated. He showed me a nest in my drop ceiling. I had not seen any ants but he told me I needed it done. He scared me into agreeing. We scheduled the two services. The 2 technicans showed up and had no information as to where the nest was, where the mice treatment was needed, etc. I was expecting that the inspecter would have provided a detail write-up, of what was to be done, with pictures, etc. I showed them where the so-call nest was. He looked and said there was a small broken down next that was most likely there from years ago. He said I did not need that treatment. I call the office and they told me they'd cancel that service and issue me a refund for that service. I had already pre-paid. Five days later, I have not gotten a refund. I've spoken with the office manager 3 times. She assured me she'd get back to me each time (she had to speak with someone who was out in the field). As for the mice treatment, they were supposed to find openings where they thought the mice were entering, and close them up. That was not done. They said they were putting four large locked boxes outside, but I can only find two. They have to come back two times. I'll provide an update if they come and do what they are supposed to. Very expensive, poor experience and total disregard for my concern about the credit. I have reached out to my credit card company to have them resolve my issue.
