This is the biggest scam that ever existed. I paid 1200 for an exclusion service. I had two visits where they laid some traps and checked them. A guy came out and saw the flashing on the house where they were getting in but said he needed a ladder. END OF CONTACT! Never got a call back, in fact, they called to try to send someone to check the traps again! So I said fine you scammed me and got my 1200 but that's it, don't come don't call and cancel my service. TEN MONTHS LATER THEY CHARGE

Michael Hamm comes in and does what needs to be done in a quick and efficient manner. Michael lets me know what he did and what he found. It would be nice if the company would implement Michael’s standards and work ethic company wide. You would have more satisfied clients that would increase your client base.
