I hired CT pest control to get rid of a squirrel problem They came out and set the traps when I called them to tell them the squirrels were in the traps and it was very hot out. They told me they only check the traps once a day they said they were short-handed and would be out at the end of the day. The squirrel ended up being in the trap for 30 hours. When I call to complain I asked for a call back from the owner he told me they were short-handed. I thought t he whole experience was very unpro

I had Mike out here today and let me tell you, he’s a great guy to work with. Definitely knew what he was doing and talking about which is hard to find. First time having this company out and I was beyond happy. They kept me informed when they were coming and went over the products they use to take care of the problem. Very happy with my service from Black Widow Pest Specialists. We had made an appointment for them to come out. The morning of my appt, one of their tech’s called out sick and I could not rearrange my schedule to accommodate a rescheduled appt. This is going to be a pretty long review as I think the back story is equally as important as the end result. It started about 5 years ago. I started getting flying squirrels in my attic. I started setting up traps and even got a wild life guy involved. This guy was great and did a great job of getting the flyers out. I Recently noticed 4-5 baby ground hogs appeared out of no where! They were scattered all over my yard, eating my grass. After a quick google search, I called Anderson, after reading all his reviews, I told him my problem, & where to find the ground hogs, he informed me, that he will tackle the problem the same day, that he did not need to meet with m
