Why are you spraying in high winds
And his report he said he got all the trees, but did not mention a thing about the shrubs which is supposed to be part of the deal so I’m a little upset with this if he didn’t do the shrubs. Can you follow up on this or give me his number and I’ll follow up on it because that’s what I pay for.

Fit Lawn KILLED my Daughters lawn!!!! When she called them the gal said basicly TOO BAD!! But U still owe us $120. No service at all, DONT USE THEM lest U be SORRY!!!
I have owned the same home for nearly 25 years. Green Mountain Lawn and Tree Care took impeccable care of our front lawn for years. We had the greenest, healthiest lawn on the block. This is until they were bought by Senske Services. Our lawn treatments went straight downhill from there. Next, we commenced service with Fit Turf. They reached out to us. Little did we know, they were ALSO owned by Senske. Jason Short reassured me that we would not have the same negative experience with our lawn care that we had with Senske Services. On August 10th, a technician who appeared to be "compromised" showed up and mentioned he nearly forgot to service us. Two days later, we have burn marks throughout our front lawn. We hired a professional lawn care service who identified the technician error and explained clearly why our lawn went from being reasonably healthy to having extensive damage throughout. We literally paid for our lawn to be damaged by Fit Turf. Jason did not apologize, or even try to get to the root of the issue. No refund was ever offered for damaging our beautiful front lawn. Grass doesn't go from good to tragic in two days after a regular fertilization treatment, unless there were missteps in the process. Since there was no apology or acknowledgement, I cannot recommend this company. I NEVER made a single complaint with Green Mountain when they serviced our lawn. Tim came like clockwork every month, and our lawn looked great year after year. Fit Turf did apply Revive lawn treatment at no charge, but the damage will take time to repair, and we still paid for a treatment that killed our grass. The new company I hired will come out in a month and work to repair the damage done in one treatment by a "compromised" Fit Turf technician. I tried a "big box" lawn company after being with a small mom and pop company for years. Lesson learned. When a lawn care company performs a service and that service results in making your yard look worse, apologizing and taking ownership of the resolution is key. In the absence of this, trust is dissolved and a business relationship simply cannot continue. If you are looking for a professional company with consistent results, Fit Turf, sadly, is a gamble.

This company takes advantage of the elderly. We have requested to cancel services because first of all the treatmens they applied didn't work yet they continued to apply and then bill even after the grass was obviously dead. I have submitted cancelation requests both verbally and in writing several times yet they continue to bill and harrass for payment. They have yet to furnish proof of agreement but states the contracts auto renew and that the agreement is still valid from 2018-2019. They said I can call in an listen to a recorded verbal authorization but God knows when that was from. I have since had the lawn replaced but am getting emails saying they "recently did an application"which is a lie because none of the cameras on the property show them applying anything or even being on the property suring the dates they claim for that matter. I also mentioned to them in writing that I would press trespassing charges if they came to the property, yet they continue to email about recent applications! Its not a big balance and I could pay it but I wont because FitTurf is a dishonest company that takes advantage of seniors and continues to harrass them daily. Shame on FitTurf and from what I can see, other customers are dissatisfied with their services as well. Do better FitTurf!!!

Super disappointed. our yard does not look any better after a few months, in fact it looks worse, then they killed my flowers after insisting we needed a fungicide and got it on the flowers. they were supposed to come out to look and didn't and didn't follow up. I called a few days later they never called back. I called back 2 days after that and spoke to manager and he said he'd come out the next day and never showed up and never called. HUGE waste of money and horrible lack of follow through. - update today after a week of not showing up they showed up today but too little too late. we have already got rid of the flowers when they didnt show up on time and layed new fertilizer.

I would not use there service. I was quoted one thing and then quoted another. When I found out what the real cost was I told them no I did not want there service. They sent an email to confirm they where coming to spray (that no I did not read) a phone call should of been done not an email. They came and sprayed my fro y yard not my back yard after I told them no I did not want there service. They said they have a recording of me telling them yes. I did not sign a contract for there service. Now they are demanding $60 payment. I demanded the recording of me saying yes. 😡😡

I contacted fitturf to treat fungus that was spreading in my yard. My yard looks much worse than when this started and I see no recommendations around obvious visual issues with the turf. When I called to report this issue I felt the customer service agent was just trying to give me a quick excuse to move on. I would not recommend them for any service based on my experience.

I am unhappy with Fit Turf . I called a month ago to tell them. That I was moving out of state. They thanked me and told me that they would cancel my service. Instead, a week later they sent a team to treat my yard and charged me the normal fee. I called to complain and they said they did not have s record of my previous call and they refused to issue a credit. I would definitely not recommend Fit Turf. John Messall

Hiring them is a waist of time and money and time and money!!!!!! DON’T DO IT!!!!! The product does not work and they come out unannounced after canceling service, they “don’t have records” of canceling even after the third time saying it’s canceled. So tired of waisted time on this co. I have submitted complaints to bbb due to the rudeness from the receptionist Sarah threatening to send us to collections for a bill that never should have been.

I will get to the point early in this review since most people prob don't read past the first couple sentences. DO NOT USE THEM. I called, talked to their MAIN sales MANAGER for 20+ mins about the weed problem in my yard. Made it very clear to exactly what I wanted and what service they were supposed to come to do. They didn't add my info into their system correctly so like others on here, I open my door to a bill saying they came and did services without any warning or notification that they were coming. Where the issues come in is that they performed 2 additional services that I never agreed to or gave them permission to do. AND charged me for them! It gets worse, the service they did was add fertilizer TO A WEED PROBLEM. I'm no rocket scientist, but its common sense that if you put materials that are made to help things grow on something that you are trying to kill, you prob are going to have bad results. So not only did they perform services that I never agreed too, they made my weed problem 2X as bad and helped them grow even faster. Remember, the only reason I called them in the first place was to come to KILL the weeds and they made them GROW 2X faster. After 7 days, the weeds were thriving, growing faster than ever and almost 7" tall now. So I called to have them come back. They were scheduled to come the next day after I called. THEY NO SHOWED, didn't call, email ANYTHING letting me know why they didn't come and when they would actually be coming to fix the issue they made 2X as bad. I had to call them and when I did they tell me I'll have to wait another day or 2 before they can come back because of scheduling. So they made my issue worse, charge me double of what they were supposed too, no-showed me when they were supposed to fix the issue and then tell me I have to wait even longer for them to come back. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service provider. If the photos show up, the first photo here is what the weeds looked like when they sprayed, the second is a week later. Pretty sure they should not have tripled in size.
