Great job done by this 2 man crew on trimming our trees. Very thorough and good cleanup Project manger Zachary Sorrow is a gem. Very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to our needs.Will now use for tree fertilizing/care.

Arthur was the service person that worked on the sprinkler system to add a nozzle. He completed the work in less time than was estimated and he cleaned the area so that it wasn't evident that we had work done. It was nice to spend less than was estimated. Nice work.

I reached out to SavATree to help me with a stump in my backyard, but wanted to use the opportunity to get a couple of other tree services at the same time. Unfortunately, they showed up to start work without letting me know it was happening, and that the stump removal was outside of their scope (something I was told they would follow up on prior to starting work), so I was left with a $1,300 bill for services that were not a priority. I agreed to work with them when they showed up as it was clear the field team was not aware of any prior discussions with the sales team. I wish I had checked their reviews on other platforms before working with them as they seem more positive here. It's now apparent that they have some communication issues, so I would strongly advise others to make sure expectations are clear before agreeing to anything. Their response below will ignore the fact that their salesperson promised to confirm they could remove the stump before performing the other services. They never called me.

I had a great experience with the tech, but I can't remember his name. He was very friendly and very thorough and did a great job on my kelp treatment for my juniper bushes. I would definitely use them again. Wish I could remember his name.

Three workers showed up at exactly 11 am and did not finish until around 3 pm. They worked very hard in windy conditions. The cleanup was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

SavaTree Arborist Nathaniel Mitchell is incredibly passionate about his craft. He showed exceptional knowledge and offered phenomenal solutions to our foliage situation. Nate went above and beyond the call of duty by working us into the schedule in getting our trees the necessary treatment as soon as possible. SavaTree for the win, especially with representatives such as Nate!
