Update: I was finally able to speak with a supervisor, Cadence, who shared that my experience is not representative of the level of service the company aims to provide. She apologized for the issues and frustration I have encountered and is working to have a lead technician come to my home to address the ongoing pest concerns. I appreciate her responsiveness and willingness to help. I am hopeful that the company will be able to resolve the wasp problem and address the other pest issues moving forward. I will provide another update after the technician visit. ----------------- This company does not honor what its salespeople promise. The product has not worked as advertised, and when I attempted to cancel the service, I was told that cancellation was not possible, despite the salesperson assuring me that I could cancel at any time. The pest issues have actually worsened. After two treatments, the wasps are worse than before, and I am now dealing with significant rodent problems as well as snakes on my property. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that no supervisor was available. Instead, I was told that the "welcome call" was the only agreement that mattered and that anything the salesperson told me was irrelevant. It became clear that the salesperson misrepresented the service and wrote the agreement differently from what was discussed. I am extremely frustrated with this company. Not only have they failed to resolve the pest issues they were hired to address, but I have also had to pay other companies to provide the services I was already paying for. I am sharing my experience with neighbors and members of my HOA, and I am encouraging the HOA to warn residents about doing business with this company.

Please acknowledge Adam Wood for his kindness and professionalism. I wouldn't have signed up with this company until he provided the utmost outstanding service and knowledge. He went above and beyond and I will now be recommending this company to others. Aziz was just as great. Again, the kindness, professionalism, knowledgeable with all ends will be the reason I will keep recommending this company.

Jake’s expertise in anything that has to do with pest control is phenomenal, great customer service all around. Jake made sure to give us peace of mind and schedule service to be done the same day; making sure his technician had as much information as possible to cover all of our concerns. Oswaldo the technician is fantastic, very talented at what he does. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very meticulous and made sure to treat every crevice of our home. Definitely a professional!! Oswaldo got the job done perfectly! We are very satisfied with Axiom, Jake and technician Oswaldo.

I wasn't able to get my monthly spray done but Louise did an amazing job by helping me out and getting my service taken care of this month I just want to say that this guy was great help.
