The very concise version of this story is this company came out to my house twice for yellowjackets in my backyard. The nest entry/exit point is 2 feet from my garden hose faucet so it needed to be dealt with. I called what I thought were professionals who could help. Unfortunately, this company was unsuccessful and when I asked about next steps, they told me to hire a contractor to remove my concrete patio!! To put it nicely, very weak and unhelpful pest management company!

I may end up editing this review, but so far my experience has not been great. We have pigeons that live under our solar panels and had a technician come out to give an estimate. I thought the guy would at least get up on the roof, but all he did was look up at the roof from the backyard (and to be fair, maybe this is normal but this is our first time dealing with something like this so we don't know any better) for maybe 10-15 minutes and then left without saying he was done with the inspection. For $150 up front, it sure feels like we got cheap shotted here a little bit. We did get an estimate, but it seems rather expensive so we will be shopping around.

The technician told me that I was dealing with Squirrels and that he was not licensed to deal with wildlife. I waited a week to have the appointment then half a day for the technician to arrive. The appointment lasted less than 5 minutes and accomplished nothing. I would be furious if they charge me. Waist of my time so far.
I would not recommend this company, the person that came out to do the apartments that I live in literally took 5 minutes in each apartment to spray for bed bugs, and could not answer any questions that I had to to help the frustrating situation I was encountering, being they are the ones who should have knowledge for the job they are doing since they consider themselves professionals when it comes to this kind of situation. So here's an update the person who came out to spray my apartment, when asked to spray my dresser he told me they do not do that, it is now a month later and the bed bugs are still in my apartment so this was definitely not effective at all.

They weren’t consistently coming in to take care of the bed bug situation so it took nearly 7 months of them coming (sometimes I’d go an entire month without seeing them despite getting a notice and preparing). They kept insisting that they saw no signs of them even though I was covered in bites. It’s been 5 months since they’ve last come and now I’m getting bit again.

They bill you stating that they did a job and call demanding payment. But they refuse to send invoice for $6000.00. I told them I did not sign it but the will not give me an invoice so I can see who signed it.... Then they send I to collections and still will not give me an invoice them or Alpine
