enviro tech came to my building and did a sloppy job of inspecting. I live in an apartment complex where the is a heavy infestation1 floor above me. This company makes numerous appointments to inspect instead of being proactive in spraying and making sure the surrounding areas won't get infected. Maybe they get more money that way. Used to be a good company

I have already done a review on the date of my first treatment. I gave five stars to Brayden and the customer service team. Brayden was confidence inspiring and made me feel like the job would be taken care of. I've had other companies come in and still had an issue with spiders. Well, a day later and I can honestly say that the work Brayden did the day before has made the spider issue at least 80% better already. I am thoroughly impressed and thankful. Kudos to this company as well as Brayden and the young lady who helped me with scheduling. I got my house back from those little critters thanks to Envirotech pest control Solutions and Brayden.

We have been a long-time client and appreciate their responsiveness to our requests for service and for the professionalism of their techs, like Tim, and his colleagues when on-site. We find their treatments to be effective for pests and safe for our family and pets.

We recently used Envirotech Pest Solutions and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, they stood out for being environmentally friendly, which was really important to us, especially with three dogs and a baby in the house. Our technician, Tim, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We did a full walk-through of the house, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns without rushing. He quickly knocked out the requested services and was very cognizant of care of the interior of our home (i.e. hardwood floors, etc.) and pets. He was professional, courteous, and did a great job for us. I would recommend him.

Update I still have the poison boxes in a bag. No one ever came to get them and they never contacted me again! They will be going in the trash bin this week... Response...You told me it would dehydrate the rodents and most animals wouldn't get into the poison box! I had to do my own research to realize what that all meant after the poison is ingested and regardless of what you say it is not humane. They die terrible deaths. And it did kill other wildlife, a chipmunk. Not sure of any that I were not aware of! I was also told I most likely would not see the dying mice and I saw 3 that were dying and in distress. And again, you were supposed to come get the damn poison boxes after I learned that it is in no way, shape or form humane to these rodents and nobody showed up to the appointment we made to get them! And I never heard from you again. That is a big issue for me!! That is why I am most upset. I wanted the poison gone. Do I just throw those in the dumpster? I still fricken have them!! And I also have all the texts and emails saved, glad you do as well. And the 3rd, free appointment was because I still had the mice around after 2 previous appointments! After immediately after that 3rd appointment I contacted you to come get the traps and you didn't. Unprofessional. They did not go over with me what the poison actually does to the poor animals!! It is a slow, painful death!! They also are highly overcharged for what they do! They did nothing to help me find any openings, I showed them, so learned nothing new there! All they did was charge me a ridiculous amount to lay poison traps. And then when I decided I did not want the poison around, as I do belive a chipmunk got into it and died and I was finding dying mice around my yard, they never showed up at the appointment time to pick them up and I never heard from them again! (You can get poison yourself for about 75% lower costs! Or if you pay a little more other companies will actually seal any entrance point's, inside and out, as well!) Well now I am stuck with poison traps that I don't know what to do with! I wish I'd never contacted them in the first place! I will take down my bad review for some kind of refund!

Dishonest company just looking to steal your money. They came out in 2023 and sprayed for bees, I called them again in 2024 and asked if they would actually remove the hives this time, they said they couldn’t. I told them if they weren’t going to remove the hive then I didn’t want their services. They went back to their office and still charged me $89. No services performed and I got charged $89. Oh, and I live 5 mins away from their office.

Your drivers should be put in check, one almost ran us off the road because they were too impatient while someone in front of us was turning. Had our driver not noticed, half our car would be gone.

Please don’t sign up! Man who originally signed me up told me I could cancel at any time with no penalty. Now that I’m trying to cancel, they are giving me the run-around and charging me. Learn from my mistake!

We used Envirotech for over 15 years, and after Darren retired and the new scheduler started, we received poor customer service. Darren was our tech for several years, he was fantastic and always went above and beyond. After he left, they sent out a technician (without our knowledge or confirmation) on a Saturday. We were not home as we had no idea they were coming (no call, text, or email) They charged us for the service that was not authorized. *in the 15 years we used them, we never had weekend appointments. I called and spoke to the scheduler, and she said that she assumed we were confirmed, but we were not. We'd never schedule this for a time when we were not available. I canceled our quarterly service (after using them for over 15 years) and won't ever use them again; our tenure did not matter, and the scheduler seemed as if she could care less we canceled. We have a new pest control service with another vendor that provides excellent customer service as we had previously with Envirotech.

Had a bad wasp situation with wasps getting into the house, so made an appointment for them to come out same day and then no one ever showed up. No call, nothing. Would have gotten someone else if I had known that.

Envirotech wasted 2 hours of my time today, did not show in agreed window with no call. Technicians have been less than adequate last few times for service. After 10 years as customer, will be looking for new service as Envirotech seems to be going downhill. Response: That's funny, when I called your office about my invoice yesterday, your customer service representative told me the tech arrived 40 minutes after the 2 hour window. I believe honesty is the best policy. And why would you not reach out to a unsatisfied customer of 10 years, but respond so quickly to a negative Google review? I think that reflects on the kind of operation you are running.
