Very professional. He asked for pictures of what I suspected to be termite droppings before even scheduling an appointment. Once he saw that the droppings were termites, he scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Kevin arrived exactly on time. Although he identified the immediate problem quickly, he took time to do a thorough inspection of the house and gave me options. He also pointed out other issues I should be aware of that was unrelated to termites including a possible roof leak and broken sprinkler head. I appreciated that there was no hard sell on the tenting although I totally understand that would be the best solution as explained by him. We went with a localized treatment that he was able complete on the visit. Everything is more expensive than I want, but I thought the price was fair and very reasonable considering the A+++ service.
