Everyone I have seen or talked to from Rodent Stop has been very friendly and professional. It has made a gross situation a little easier!

We had a great experience with this company in 2024 and very happy to say we have not had a problem since! While they were not the cheapest, the methods used are thorough and extremely effective, and the lifetime guarantee back it up. They did great work.

I called the two numbers on the card. The response was timely, professional, immediate & they followed up with me generously. I was blown away to be honest. Upon arrival, Mario spent time clearing the affected areas and checking the other spaces too. He disinfected the trouble spots and was thorough & professional. I'm so glad we hired them, highly recommended!!

I cannot speak to the efficacy of this service, as I did not hire them. What I will speak to are their predatory practices toward people. When Shai arrived to complete the inspection, he did not introduce himself, nor did he explain what the inspection would entail. He did not give me time to explain my situation, nor did he ask any questions about our current state. He immediately started looking around and making comments about things that were not even in the general area of where our problem was. I tried to explain what he was commenting on, and he blew me off. I made another attempt to explain the situation we were in, and it did not seem as if he cared about what I had to say. He spoke to me in a condescending way, and I felt disrespected immediately and for the entirety of his visit. Shai looked in my attic, came back down, and launched into a very dramatic speech regarding the state of our infestation. He then provided a quote that was seven times the price of the other quotes I had received to resolve this issue. When I told him this, he mocked me and said, “Well, how many quotes are you going to get?” I will 100 percent get as many quotes as it takes to understand how the industry goes about solving this type of problem. Shai implied that we had a very serious issue, but in the same conversation slipped up and said, “It’s probably not that severe, we can fix it.” He refused to go on the roof to check those access points, even though we have a brick structure that would be very difficult to breach otherwise. He also missed a potential access point that every other exterminator noticed and pointed out to me. In fact, he did not point anything out to me at all. He simply quoted an extremely high price while stressing the potential mess that would require specialized cleaning to return the attic to a clean state and add new insulation. I received quotes for that as well, and Rodent Stop was also twice as expensive to clean and reinstall new insulation. It appears that this company relies on fear to pressure people into choosing them. I do not appreciate this sales strategy. We are already scared enough when dealing with this sort of issue. Why on earth would I accept this from someone who is supposed to be helping me? Proceed with caution, and do not let them manipulate you. Get several quotes so you can make an informed decision.

I have used Rodent Stop for years and I must say they are the best. The most recent was a major job, but Miguel (and Miguel) spent the day going above and beyond. They checked and proofed all areas in and out of the house, and cleaned up to perfection, as well as being polite and explaining things as they went along. I tell everyone this is the best investment I ever made. I highly recommend them to everyone.
