Honestly, I have to choose one star only because I have to write a review… This office is very unprofessional… They give you time frames of when they will show up and they don’t even make it on time. They don’t even warn you if they’re warning late… You can’t even get a hold of the manager because the manager doesn’t have a voicemail… Just really unprofessional every single time I have an issue with these people I will no longer use hydrex for many reasons. Multiple times I have had people show up from the company saying we’re here to spray when nothing was scheduled and multiple times they give me a timeframe and they never show up during those times! I’m furious because I have kids and we have to move our schedules around so we can accommodate the person coming to spray inside our house and yet no-show.

We have been using Jason from Hydrex for our home for years now. Super nice guy always willing to go the extra mile in order to provide top notch service. He helped us to get rid of ants all over the house and it was very quick and safe process. Highly recommended!

Tom visited my house today. He applied a pest product to help rid my yard of gophers. He shared what he’d done on my property. I felt good talking with him. I recommend Hydrex pest & termite to others.

After being a loyal customer for over fifteen years we were VERY disappointed with Hydrex . I called to request someone come out to determine what kind of insect was attacking our garage I was told it would cost $100.00 for someone to check out our home. I was shocked by Hydrex’s behavior. This was the first time in years we asked for anyone to look to see what was causing our problem. I was shocked and disappointed by their attitude and greedy response. I will no longer be dealing with Hydrex and will advise all our friends and family to avoid them. A Disappointed Ex-customer!!!
