After two visits, still have ants regularly. The second technician said he would return with special packets for the interior but has never returned. I’ve texted several times asking for a follow up visit to finish the job. Many days have passed since my request. Still nothing and I still have ants. I paid in full the first day but the job is still not done.

Great experience so far! I really appreciate their humane and thoughtful approach to pest control. We're being extra careful because of a nearby squirrel nest, so the rodent hasn't been caught yet, but I value that they're taking the time to do things the right way. They explained everything clearly and have been very patient and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Arman worked with me over an extended period to deal with squirrels raccoons and replacing all the vent screens that had been chewed out by animals. I had a great experience with Traction Wildlife and Pest Control. Patrick is very responsive and helpful, and scheduling is quickly communicated and updated via text. Andrew handled the raccoon removal process and it worked exactly as planned. A mother raccoon and her babies vacated the crawlspace under our house within a few days of the one-way door being set up. Andrew knows what he’s doing and answered all of my questions. He is very efficient and does great work. I would definitely recommend Traction to anyone in LA.
