Technician cannot keep scheduled appointments. Arrives on unscheduled times. Cannot seem to coordinate with the office. Office staff tries to be helpful but cannot get things right. As a real estate broker I will never refer this company again. I was misinformed by customer service about the warranty and unfortunately passed along this "misinformation" to my clients. They have the worst customer service of any termite company I've ever dealt with. Every person that answers the phone says something different. please believe the reviews they are horrible!!!! they collected every auto payment from me yet they didn’t service my house for 5 months!! the agreement was they don’t treat the inside unless there is a problem otherwise they just treat around house . we started seeing cockroaches inside when i called they told that they didn’t come since Feb!! never apologized or tried to help me. o called 6 times in 2 days and was told someone will come 6/29 and a super will call me to get a sooner appointment
