Wow!!!!! This company is absolutely amazing and super professional!!! I had a rodent issue in my home because my next-door neighbors were dealing with an infestation and they started making their way into my place also. I tried handling it myself at first, but I honestly DON’T recommend that because it ended up getting worse and I realized they were multiplying very fast. That was very stressful! That’s when I decided to call Rodent Masters after another neighbor recommended them. Funny enough, it ended up being a few of us neighbors on the same street using their services. At first we were even confused because we kept hearing noises in the walls and thought it might be something else like “ghosts” lol but it turned out to be rodents. The owner was very helpful, patient, kind and the staff was super professional and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and took care of all my rodent concerns. Overall it was a good experience and we’re finally relieved the issue is under control! Definitely recommend them if you’re dealing with something similar.

I used Rodent Masters and couldn’t be happier. From the start, communication was clear . Max walked me through the proposal and estimate with photos so I knew exactly what to expect. The crew showed up on time, was respectful of my home, and took care of the property with full remediation. After a few follow-ups, they honored their guarantee and I got my house back healthy. I called them months ago, price was not cheap, neither the most expensive! I read all reviews on Yelp and decided to go with Rodent Masters. It was a fight, non stop fallow ups, and repairs!. We had to get involved a plumber, for our luck, a drain pipe was cracked. Pipe came from sewer and somehow ended up between the walls. Which it was one of the main access!. All repaired now! We have our house back and free of intruders!. I hope i dont have to call them back, but I have a guaranteed in case in need them in the future!. Thank you guys.!

More like Rodent Eviction Notice! 😊 A month ago, my AC broke down, and I was left sweating bullets - literally! The first tech who came didn't even want to step foot in the attic due to some unwelcome critters. I got quoted by three companies, and let's just say I was shell-shocking the prices: $8500, $4500, and $6000! Yikes! But, after some research, I chose the middle-priced company for their 15 years of experience and reasonable rates. The crew was friendly, efficient, and left my attic squeaky clean and smelling like a field of fresh mint! They even rodent-proofed the whole house and threw in a FREE under-house cleanup (score!). Fast forward a month, and I'm thrilled to report: NO MORE RODENTS, new insulation, and my AC is purring like new! 🙌 Thanks for putting an end to the rodent rave and giving me peace of mind. Highly recommend this team to anyone dealing with similar critter conundrums! 👍"

I had some issues for the past 8 months. I did some research and I called 3 companies. Some with 500 reviews and the most expensive. Als one cheap as well!. I called Rodent Masters and right away they sent a technician. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his area. The proposal I received was clean and the price not bad. We did the remediation a few months ago, they kept coming to make sure no rodents were stuck in the walls, or more getting into my home. Thank you guys, now, I can sleep peacefully! No more noises, scratching or creatures running around!. Super recommended!

The best of the best - don't look any further. I had an out of control situation with rats in a large storage space/workshop under a two-car garage. Rodent masters came out, surveyed the situation, and did a thorough cleaning, trap setting closed up any rat entry points and gave me a several year guarantee. After their spotless work, the came back on their own to check the traps and replace then if necessary - it was. That was a few years ago. Somehow a few rats managed to find their way back in - burrowing under the ground. One call to these guys, they're out the same day to locate, seal, set new traps and clean the area - and without a hint of a complaint. Actually, they're genuinely apologetic that they had to return although it wasn't remotely their fault. I don't know what more you could ask for. At times like this when customer service is at its lowest, these guys make honoring their work a high priority. A more than happy customer...

I am very much disappointed and tiered , after a year my rodent problem is still there . I payed thousands of dollars to this company to take care my rodent issues but no success yet . I am calling the company to send the technician to check the traps no one is calling back to make appointment. I regret very much for wasting my money to this company. I will not recommend them . Save your money and find a legitimate company .
