I called and scheduled an estimate for service at our home. It was scheduled for Friday May 9 between 3 and 5 PM. Nobody showed or called to reschedule or tell they would be late. So I called and set another date and time for the estimate, and again the technician did not showed or call me. They had my phone number, I would have worked with them if they called.
