LOCAL Bug Guy

Signed up for quarterly spraying and they have always communicated well and showed up on time. When needed they have come back to spray when some ants were seen. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Caution, this company uses predatory business practices! We have mentally and physically challenged family members and we’ve asked this company to stop coming to our house and disturbing us. We have no soliciting and No Trespassing signs, which they obviously ignore. Next time you step foot on our property, it will be a civil matter with the cops. With all the snail mail and phone spam, this company definitely is the local pest company because they bug and disturb your house constantly. Avoid, avoid, avoid a company who cares about money over your privacy.

Local Bug Guy is amazing! Our technician Ian is always very professional, friendly, caring and listens to our needs and concerns. He gets the job done and keeps our bugs away!

Fil is always great at communicating before, during, and after a service. This was the first time, I believe, that I had to have him come back out again for ants. He is always very thorough with his work. He takes the time to listen to my concerns with where the activity is, and he addresses those areas. He even found (and disposed of) a dead rat in my backyard — which should have been caught by another rodent control company when they were out to check on their traps yesterday. Fil truly goes above and beyond every time. That is definitely not something you find with other pest control companies, and only one of the many reasons I will remain a Local Bug Guy customer for life.

Technician came a couple of weeks early before my next scheduled quarterly service due to my finding a water roach (gross) in my shower 2 days ago and also after I started noticing lots of cob webs in my garage (not my usual area for service). Tech came out and sprayed the usual areas around my house, yard and also sprayed inside my garage. Hopefully I won't be seeing these pests anymore.

There’s a reason they have so many 5 star reviews. Amazing. They are a good honest business. We got a deal with no contract and it was just what we needed. I called to cancel and wasn’t pressured into keeping it. I will 100% use them again. I’ve worked in pest and this is as good as you’re going to get it! These are good honest people who will actually help you with your needs and not pressure you into more than what you need.

Tim was super personable and knowledgeable about the bugs we had. Really enjoyed getting to speak with him and look forward to working with him in the future.

We are very happy with the Bug Service. They always remind me the day before of the appointment, and again on the day of the appointment let me know approx time of arrival, we have a pet so it helps to know to keep it in our home. Always show up on time and very professional. I also get a report after the service regarding what was done that day. We really appreciate the attention to detail and communication. Highly recommend this company.

Great people and stopped our ant problem.

I was having lots of ants and gnats and I just couldn't get rid of them, no matter how much I sprayed. I hired Local Bug Guy and they are all gone and have never returned for almost a year already. Great job

I have been a customer of Local Bug Guy for many years. They are very reliable and responsive to my needs. Their customer service is excellent. They always call before their scheduled service date and ask if I have any concerns that need to be addressed. Their service people are experienced and courteous and always make a backup call after service to make sure my needs were addressed. I highly recommend this company.

Brennan is always so friendly and listens to all of my concerns. He goes above and beyond to do every little nook and cranny of my home. I appreciate his genuine, friendly personality. He has even stopped by when not on a regular visit to pick up a rat that was ALIVE in a trap! He’s an amazing asset to your team!

Ian is always polite, friendly, and takes into account the two Cane Corso's dogs on the property during treatment, and always keeps me in the loop after he does maintenance - very happy customer.

We have used Local Bug Guy for a number of years and they are fantastic! Well-priced, clear communication and very dependable. When I had a rat chewing our pool equipment they came over immediately to help me find a solution. I had a problem with carpet beetles when there was a lot of pollen and they also helped me with a plan and now regularly take steps to protect the house from them. They are careful with our pets and my herb garden. I love that I don’t have to think about a thing. They just take care of it all!
