I had a gentleman come to my door and I usually don’t like people coming to my door selling stuff but since I am new to the neighborhood and did need an exterminator I listened to his pitch. After seeing the price and what it covers I accepted. I had a technician out the next day and he preformed the services that I asked for. I have had nothing but great service from them and everyone I have had the pleasure dealing with has been amazing. So glad I pulled the trigger and went with them.

Had my second treatment yesterday with Justin. He was very professional and answered my questions about the treatment and what to expect over the next week(s) and months. Also how to safely wait until I could let my dog out. Have not had any black ants invade the inside of the home looking for water this summer.

The first time the technician came out, I wasn't able to meet with Justin Martin, and I had some concerns. I called De Anza and they sent Justin back out. Right away, he understood exactly what I was talking about and focused on the areas that mattered most to me. He was incredibly accommodating and recognized that every home and every customer is different. It was very relieving, especially after our experience with our last pest control company. So far, De Anza has met all of our expectations and followed through on what was promised. Even the salesperson who came to our door did a great job understanding exactly what we wanted. I hired DeAnza for my termite inspection before purchasing our home In Temecula. Vince, the tech they sent, was as thorough as a professional inspector could possibly be and found a totally separate termite infestation in an area nobody knew about. In the long run, this saved me a ton of money and a major headache later on down the road if this was not done by a true professional like Vince doing this thorough investigation of my property. Patrick arrived and did a great job performing my inspection. He explained his planned examination and afterwards showed me points of interest and areas that need attention even though they were unrelated to my Termite Inspection. DeAnza was my inspector when I bought the house back in 2000, and they quickly got out here the next day after my call to inspect it again. Very happy with their work and plan to use them again if needed.

I had used another agency for years. No issues. But the ants would always show up at the worst times. I could never get control of the situation. I finally had enough and called DeAnza. What a great first experience. The technicians texted when they arrived and allowed me to explain the details and issues I had been having. They hit right to work and took care of the problem. They also gave us some insights that would help the situation by trimming some shrubs and trees that may have been contributions to the problem. Great first experience. Glad I make the change.

Termites in the house and sheds. Great service and people at DeAnza. A special call out to Kerri! She was delightful to work with and when the fumigation company was tenting, my wonderful neighbor let me know that they were NOT tenting the sheds, so I called in as fast as I could and spoke to Kerri - she got right on it, contacting the fumigation co and caught them while they were still here- so that the tenting got completed as it was supposed to! Thank you Kerri for the quick "jump on it" !!
