Called the company to come and remove rats in my attic, three guys from this pest company showed up, I tried to explain to them how I hear noises/ movement in my attic all the time, the guy refused to go up to the attic, looked like he was afraid, refused to listen to what I was telling him about where the noises were coming from, he didn’t come with rap traps, I had to wait for him for over 30 minutes for him to go and get the rat traps. First time customer. They said they will arrive between 3-5:00pm 5:00 hits and no contact, I figure they ghosted me. Tech calls me @6 and says he will be there @6:30. An hour and a half past the window time. Tech tells me he had an apartment complex to do and it took him longer than expected. I guess it didn’t occur to him to call me earlier and let me know what was going on. I wasn’t home and told him don’t bother. Yesterday a young man did an inspection of the outside of my home along with a rodent inspection that I requested. He was amazing! He was VERY thorough and detailed in his findings. He took a bunch of pics and addressed what he found, why he was concerned or not concerned with his findings. His outside and in my attic inspection was great. And all this was done for less money than what others charge. I’m glad I’m with Professional Pest Management!
