Dan at Black Knight is awesome, he always calls when he’s coming and then gives me an update of what he’s found and what he’s taken care of. Sometimes he sends a video. We are very happy with Black knight to exterminate ants and gophers.

My 98 yr old aunt has had service with a well known Company for the last couple of years, but mentioned she’s been unhappy for quite a while. They were not able to control an issue she was having at the house. A friend of ours referred me to Black Knight Pest Control, so last year I called & spoke to the Manager Kevin & explained our situation. He was very kind & thoughtful so I switched her over for service. After about 4 months they remedied the issues & now is on a monthly plan. A Huge shout out to ANTHONY ABEYTA. He texts me every month to let me personally know what time/date he’s going to her home. He goes above & beyond to help & assure my aunt of any issues & takes the time to answer her 100 questions. He has been flexible for her. We really appreciate his patience, kindness & care. At 98, one has a mind of their own & Anthony knows exactly how to approach & take care of her & her precious little home. Thank you Anthony for being You! Not only does he spend a good amount of time thoroughly treating the property, but he also takes the extra effort to inspect the yard and remove spider webs, which is something I really appreciate. This company is amazing! We had gophers who completely ruined our yard and I’m so glad I called Black Knight pest control. They treated our yard with Such care and knowledge. They were able to get rid of all our gophers with 2 to 3 months. We had such a great experience and I could not recommend them more!! Everyone who came out to help treat our yard was so kind and really did take their time walking around our property to look for new holes. I felt completely taken care of and Loved how they were able to be upfront about pricing, compared to other pest control companies

Horrible service with truck number 308. This guy must have been having a bad day but considering canceling my services due to poor customer service.

A young man come to my house and said they would help me get out of my contract with the previous company that according to him they were not as good as White Knight Pest Control, when I contacted them to ask how I could get out of the previous agreement with the other company no one ever got back to me, the person that was supposed to help me with this never returned my call, they started texting me about billing and I said I wanted to cancel everything because I was still in contract with the other company and I was waiting for them to help me and no one even cared to help me take care of it instead they sent me to collections. This is bad customer service, they shouldn't be promising people they would help them get out of their previous agreement if they won't do it. They just want to take your money, worst customer service!

Don’t sign up with them! Very hard to cancel Worse company ever to cancel. We’re getting billed for 6 months when we don’t get the services anymore.

The contract claimed initial service to be valued at $500 but became $69 after the “discount”, $120 bimonthly thereafter. If service is cancelled within 18 months must pay the difference of $431. Financial intimidation to retain customers regardless of service quality. Service starts: >Claimed to take care of pests such as rats but not carrying the traps on the first visit. >Return visit showed up at service residence without traps due to lack of communication with a central office. >Second return visit for the same pest issue. No traps again. Reschedule. >Third visit. Showed up without time scheduling and left trap in the front yard when needed in the back yard. --- Asked to bring necessary pest control equipment for regular visits --- >Regular visit. Asked me to wait all day for a tech. No time scheduling. NO SHOW. Wasted my whole day waiting for them. **Called in to cancel service because of lack of quality service and overall incompetence. I was threatened with the $431 fine if I canceled. WHAT WILL YOU DO?? Make the customer happy? This is the worst I have experienced, and regret having hired them. This is a trap!

We have a 2 acre farm and have been working with them for almost 1 year for gopher control, on a monthly service. After multiple complaints about lack of service, we continue to have trees lost to gophers. They claim they do the visits but they don't. Don't communicate, constantly move scheduled visits, never announce themselves, etc. They also don't have a detailed report of the service, so is impossible to know what they did. For the amount we paid monthly, this is a really poor service. We would not use them again.

We have been customers of Black Knight for 10+ years! The friendly office staff; managers and techs really make it a Positive experience; especially when it comes to dealing with pest issues! Black Knight was the first & ONLY company we ever had to call because they took care of business and have been ever since! I called because we had a Gopher. Black Knight came out to check and give us a quote the same day. Next day they were back to take care of our Gopher in a way that wouldn't harm our pets and we haven't seen the Gopher since. They did a one week check up and additional treatment and lefties with a 30 day guarantee. They are very responsive and affordable.

Recently had work done on my patio cover due to termites. The Black Knight team (who also does my monthly pest control) was professional, hard working, considerate, and a joy to work with. Black Knight was great, Gary showed up ahead of schedule calling me to confirm his arrival time. He accomplished the task of removing gophers that were happily destroying my foot lawn in the first attempt.
