This is the second time I’ve had Clarence out to help with the summer bugs. We had ants in our kitchen and in our pet food and could not get them to go away. I called Clarence on a Sunday expecting to leave a message but, because I was a returning customer, he answered the phone with “hello Lindsay, how can I help you?” I was so surprised. He was able to come out the same week that I called. After spraying the outside, he sprayed the inside of the house and then stopped to play piano with my kids and talked with them about maybe being future worship leaders one day. I can’t say enough positive things about Pam and Clarence. Oh - and as far as the ants — they were and are completely gone! 90 day guarantee on the service too. Communication of services were clear and price very reasonable. Office and service man very polite. Service was prompt and service schedule very agreeable. I feel well taken care of.

Clarence was awesome, and my whole experience with Integrity Pest Elimination has been great! I called them on a Monday, didn't leave a voice mail (hate leaving them!) Got a call back within minutes, he set me right up with Pam who scheduled a free inspection and on Wednesday Clarence was right on time, listened to me attentively, checked some things out and gave me a couple of (rat) traps for free! Gave me some tips about switching them around and made sure I knew what to expect. I'm very pleased with this company and will be sure to give them a call if and when I need pest elimination again.

Awesome costumer service! We had a very bad roach infection when we first bought the house and Clarence came out and did the job god rid of all of the infestation when I thought it was not possible and he has maintained it so they won’t come back and have not seen one cockroach since or have any bug problems. He comes out every 3 months and we are very happy with the service!!!

Pam helped me over the phone and managed to get me an appointment the next day to have my home sprayed for spiders and other bugs mainly in the backyard for the safety of my 18 month old and my German shepherd. Cody came out to help me and was so nice and knowledgeable!!! He made me feel comfortable and gave me a ton of helpful info. I have a 90 day guarantee if anything makes it back and lives. Hopefully I won’t have to call back but next year I will be having them come out again but earlier this time!!

We have been using Integrity for several years and they are the best!

My son was here when they arrived they said it would be $290 but the guy took $300 and didn't give him any change. He didn't spray around or in the closet downstairs where we have had a lot of ants, there were still some crawling around in the closet that night after he sprayed but they eventually went away. I thought they would open doors and spray in those areas. Otherwise they were on time and I have not seen any ants.

I originally chose to use Integrity pest control because they offered the best guarantee against ants for the cheapest price. Over the years I return because Clarence has a company of Integrity. Recently he came to fix a rat problem and again I researched the best company and ended up with his. He did not take advantage and oversell or charge additional fees. In addition he didn't skimp on the tiny boxes, but used commercial grade materials.
