The plans offered and services were thoroughly explained over the phone, appointment was set right away to next available and they made sure to help me obtain the most cost effective plan for my situation. The explained the chemicals and methods used, that are guaranteed kid and pet safe. As a veteran who needs the extra help, they went far beyond my expectations. I recommend and I will keep using them.

Our property management company hired SoCal Bugs to come out and spray for cockroaches after discovering some very large surprising intruders at our commercial location. Gretchen and Marcos came out same day, were communicative on ETA, so polite, friendly and knowledgeable! After a thorough inspection and assessment, they recommended an appropriate treatment plan and in 20 minutes, they were finished. They made a typically tedious chore very pleasant and I highly recommend them!

This is our first home and we've never had a pest service so I was not sure what to expect. Gretchen was amazing. SoCal Bugs is operated by husband & wife team Gretchen & Marcos. They are such a wonderful couple, easy to communicate with and quick to explain my concerns. Gretchen responded promptly, and they provided a couple of treatments, but more gophers returned. Sadly, they don't offer gopher trapping if you have dogs on the property.

SoCal Bugs is a fantastic local business. The owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had a minor rodent issue in my backyard and they were more than helpful. Instead of just providing a quote, they offered detailed advice on how I could potentially handle the problem myself, saving me money. Their genuine care for their customers is evident. Gretchen and Marco are super nice people, they came out and did my first quarterly. I had Western Exterminator but I had to let them go because they missed four appointments, but Gretchen and Marco showed up on time. so now I finally found a regular exterminator that would do a great job and they were very thorough. After finding numerous giant spiders all over our house, we found Gretchen through online recommendations. She came out and treated our whole house at a very good price. She was so friendly and thorough. It’s been over 6 months and I still haven’t found any live spiders around, just dead ones! I can’t recommend them enough. I’m not scared to get eaten in my sleep by giant spiders! Also my dogs loved her (and she seemed to like them) 😄

I have never used a professional exterminator but after finding sporadic roaches inside I completely freaked out and started looking. The first company I found was SoCal Bugs and I am thrilled! Gretchen immediately responded to my inquiry and set up an appointment for today. They text when they were on their way and she answered all questions I had. They were so thorough and made sure to get inside and out and didn’t miss anything! Gretchen is a total sweetheart and informed me we had quite a bit of black widows in the backyard which worried me since I have my dogs who like to play out there. I can’t begin to express my appreciation to the both of them. They have a customer for life😂 Seriously do yourself a favor and contact this amazing company! Thank you again!

Gretchen and Mario did a great job helping us get rid of our ant and spider problems. This was our first time using a professional pest control company, so we had lots of questions.
