Rocklin Pest Control

I am new customer to RPC and the communication and service so far has been fantastic. They call or text the day before to let you know the service day is the next day which allows you to make sure the pets are inside. I would recommend RPC.

I have used the services of Rocklin Pest for over 13 years and they do an excellent job. The people involved in the whole process from office staff to the technicians are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They deserve 5 plus stars!

We have had quite a few Pest Control Companies service our home and Rocklin Pest Control has been the best! When they first came on we had been overtaken by black widows around our house. The previous company was not able to take care of the problem over multiple services; which was an issue for us since we have children. Rocklin Pest had the problem handled after one service. We have used them for almost a year now and their quality of service, attention to detail, and communication has not gone down at all. Highly recommend!

They are very reliable for routine pest control services at a great price. I’ve had them for indoor service as well, it was quick and they left no smell or residue.

Just do rat management with bait traps. They do a great job of checking and moving traps if they’re not being accessed by rats they started out doing cobwebs and then said they don’t do that so that’s the only issue I guess otherwise great job.

We have used Rocklin Pest Control for 15 years!! They are wonderful! I especially like the text messages we receive for when they will be here. We have then come to our home every other month for pest control. When we originally bought the home, they noticed “termites” that the Pest Control Company during the sale missed! Thanks to Rocklin Pest Control we were able to go back to the original company who took care of the treatment. We were so thankful for Don and his team!

Long time customer. I appreciate and value the reliability of the regular service. It's usually the same person and there have been very few employee changes over the years. My area is prone to black widows and I can always rely on them to come out and treat in between service appointments if something comes up! Highly recommend!!

Excellent service. Office staff i spoke with on phone were knowledgeable, well informed, very efficient and very helpful. The field representative who did the extermination of the yellow jacket infestation was equally good. I highly recommend Rocklin Pest Control!

They did a pest inspection for a house I bought in Sacramento and gave me such a high bid that I decided to get a second opinion. The company owner Don told us he was sure the house had beetle infestation and needed to tent the house, among other things. Their bid to me was $15,000 in total. I got a second opinion and am so glad I did. The other company said I had no beetle infestation and did not need tenting and quoted me $900 to take care of what was needed to treat the soil etc. The other company drilled inside the wood to check it. Rocklin also quoted me an additional $7000 to fix the dry rot under my tub and I found another contractor to do it for under $2000. When we confronted the owner Don, he started making excuses and claiming his inspector might be inexperienced and wanted to go look at the house again. Shop around folks. Also beware that these pest companies often put a tag under your house so that if someone goes to give a second opinion, they find out and contact each other to find out how much they offered and share profits. Lots of shady stuff going on, good luck and do your due diligence!

After inspection of selling our home in Grass Valley, found Dry Riot and Beatles Bugs in wood. Give us a bid, the bid was so high in dollars that the crew Rocklin Pest Control contract to, took advantage and drug out the job for 6 days. In total time should have been about 3 days. The crew of 3 and a son would take 30-40 minute breaks. Show up around 7-7:30 in the morning and maybe start after 8:am. And be leaving most days by 11-12noon. Charged $125 dollars an hour at 130 hours, my estimated time was around 80 hours that includes long breaks. The crew also charged $875 for fuel, and $2600 for wood etc . When I explained this to the owner, he said he would talk to crew and find out for the high cost, talked with owner a few days latter and he did not confront about way too many hours. Also owner was required by the state of California, to re- inspect but he did not. Be careful when choosing. This company way to expensive. No follow up on work completed.

They canceled inspection the day before because the inspector was ill, but they were able to find another inspector for me, and that guy was awesome.
